Master Jewelers did a wonderful job recreating a sentimental bracelet. They measured everything exactly to my previous bracelet, found the right chain type that I requested, and with the added diamonds- made a beautiful bracelet that I will continue to cherish.

This store has the nicest people working there. They go above and beyond to make sure that they get everything that they do just like you want it. They are very prompt in getting work out once it is brought in. I have already been back several times and will certainly recommend them to anyone that ask.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!! I went to get some watch batteries installed and their pricing was RIDICULOUS. $25 for a watch battery when you could by one on Amazon for less than $1. Since I needed 15 batteiries installed, I asked the old woman to give me a moment to "think about it" and she scoffed and tore the ticket up right in my face...that I just spent a bunch of time filling out.....RUDE!!! I picked up my watches and walked out as she muttered something under her breathe. I will NEVER return and I caution anyone from using their services or buying anything from that store!!!!

Justin McMullin at Master Jewelers….Wow… big time wow… I was struggling figuring out who could make a custom signet ring, how I wanted it to look, trusting that it could be done right, and concerned that someone would be able to work with me knowing that it was going to take a lot of time to arrive at the finished product. These thoughts and talking to several jewelers that did not make me feel comfortable made me stop dead in my tracks and not do anything for a long time. Then…. I met Justin at Master Jewelers. He thoroughly listened to me on many occasions, took measurements of other rings on my figure to get the perfect size, and sent over several options. We finally arrived at the design I loved, but many stone cutters were not able to cut the center stone. He didn’t give up! He found someone. Well, I was still nervous, so he made a casting for me to wear to confirm the size. It was awesome and the ring turned out amazing. Thank you Justin and staff at Master Jewelers for making my 50th birthday special with my Big “O” ring.

A wonderful place to shop,one of the best staffs that anyone would have the pleasure to meet. I have gone in for a battery replacement on one watch, and to have a link removed from another. I alway leave my wife in the car, because the jewelry is so beautiful, with a wonderful selection also. So I'm saying if you want a real personal experience, then you definitely should shop there, plus jewelry repair.

I am pleased to be able to recommend Master Jewelers in Olive Branch, Mississippi. After having my wedding band and another special ring cut off my fingers prior to having major surgery, I needed both rings repaired and resized. My gold wedding band looks snd fits great after Terry repaired it, but the sterling silver and black ring was the real miracle. It had been straightened by a friend who thought I wanted to turn it into a pendant. At first I did want to do that, because I assumed I would be able to find a new ring just like my old one and would buy it as a relacement. After days of searching, however, I discovered that that particular ring was no longer available anywhere. It was a Bob Siemon design from 1980, and, apparently, Mr. Siemon stopped making that ring. I was crushed, thinking I would never have that ring to wear again. However, Terry with Master Jewelers agreed to try to restore my ring, and he did! It looks absolutely wonderful, and he was even able to save the engraving of "Ps 30:5" inside my ring. Terry, Jackie, and all their staff were the best to work with, and I will always go to them for my jewelry needs. Thank you, Master Jewelers, for coming to my rescue!

We just moved to the area. While back at "home" my husband's friend who is a jeweler cleaned my rings and stated I had a stone loose in my Platinum halo. We waited until we got back to MS and looked up Master Jewelers. They inspected my ring, there were 3 stones. They took 2 days to tighten my prongs and polished my ring to brand new. Very friendly and happy with the service. They were very appreciative of the business. Will use them again for our jewelry needs.

My Grandchildren bought me a new watch. I took it to Master Jewelers to have the watch band sized to fit my wrist better. I was treated like I shopped there everyday. Very friendly--very understanding and if I ever need anything else--I will be back.

Had an engagement ring sized there, and five stones fell out of the setting within four days. Went back to the store and talked to the jeweler, and they refused to cover it saying that theyre not sure how that happened. The ring had only been worn for five days. I will absolutely never do business with master jewelers again the worst customer service I have ever come in contact with.

Awesome! my wife and I visited MJ for the first time to have our jewelery repaired. First we were greeted with openess and kindness, Heidei took good care of us. I needed my ring resized my wife needed earrings repaired. All our needs were met. Heidi was kind, respectful and a joy to have her serve us. Our items came back sooner than promised and we were excited about that. Do not believe the negative reviews, MJ is a quality store and we will be returning for all our jewelery needs.

Great place. Got my watch band adjusted to fit my wrist better and it literally took 5 minutes. The younger guy helped me (not sure of his name) but he was great and made sure it fit my wrist perfectly. 5/5 stars, will most definitely return if ever in need of jewelry or jewelry repair/cleaning/adjustment.
