This place suks no carts inside you have to go waaaaay out to the parking lot to get it why don't you just all the merchandise out there with the carts

Why are no cashiers available? I have not been trained in self checkout however you expect me to perform that task if I want to make a purchase. You do have a employee behind me barking directions they expect me to perform. This distraction only produces additional frustration.

Great customer service and the people make you feel at home. Stan at the Pro desk is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you. The best store in North Mississippi!!

This lowes is near my home and the service is terrible. Each time I went in the store I was made to feel very uncomfortable, I am followed around by associates but no one asks if I need help. When I did ask for help one time, the associate was shocked that I asked because they were literally on my heels as I walked and shopped. On several occasions, I noticed me being followed. Last year, I called and let the manager aware of my experience, he apologized. So, I stopped going for a while but went in recently and the tactics switched up a bit. Now they have AA women following me and this time followed me to the door when I used self check out to make sure I didn't sneak anything out. I noticed this as I turned around. My point to this, a thief doesn't always fit the mold of what you expect. As an AA person, I will not go back to this location because, its wrong to suspect someone being a thief especially when they aren't.

Overpriced sub par everything. Stuffs not in it's locations you'll spend 45 min trying to find what you need cause it's lot in it's allocated position

The store is clean but some of the staff try to avoid you and it makes it seem that they don't want to do work.
I walked the entire store and not a single person asked if I needed help.
The young lady that loaded a pickup item was very nice.

Order it online they won't pull it, or screw it up, go to the pro desk and the lady has a an excuse that she don't know how to order doors.
