I bought a Christmas tree, $400+ online. Procurement Girl who was confused about her pronouns was extremely rude. Did not know it until I was there to get it that it was the floor model. I was polite. I did however ask for a free storage bag due to the fact there was nothing to put it in and I still was paying full price. SHE got upset. Another lady took me to the bags and other GIRL grabbed one and said SHE would have to get permission. Ok that's fine. The manager comes over without knowledge of what's going on and says sure. Just pick one out. In the meantime Pronoun chick ends up handing me the bag and expects me to tear the tree down and package it. When I asked if that was the case SHE ran her mouth about me then told me to calm down? I was calm to this point. I did tell HER what not to tell me, and to place the tree in the bag. I ended up doing it due to the incompetence of the employee. All the other staff in there was extremely nice. See what a bad apple can do.

Bought and paid for a Fridge on May 24th for May 31st delivery. No call all day then someone put a tag on my hone address that they were Sorry they missed me Around 5:30pm. I was there watching TV but the delivery was for another location. Called Spirit Logistics, Lowes 3Rd party delivery service who said Lowe's had wrong address. Called Lowe's they got the new address. While disappointed I let it slide. I called the delivery service before 8am since no one called and asked when my fridge would be delivered. They state it is out for delivery now. I got dressed and went to the location to find another tag saying sorry they missed me. Needless to say I lost it and cancelled the order after explaining to both the logistics company and Lowe's. Do not buy anything from Lowe's you need delivered!!!

I quit this store due to numerous customer service issues. I contacted corporate about some of my concerns, and never received a call back. Completed a customer satisfaction survey with very honest feedback, and again, no contact. I've changed home improvement brands and couldn't be happier.

If I could give this store no stars I would. HORRIBLEEEEE customer service. I went to purchase a weed eater because I was not available to do so online. The website said IN STORE ONLY. I get there looking for the item I dont see it anywhere. I go to customer service and she calls for help. Then the help comes and she cant find it either . She said there is non and was telling me to go to another store . so I asked her if she could kindly check in the back. She did and they were available. She goes to find someone to bring it down and comes back and says no-one is back there that drives the fork lift to bring it down. At this time im getting upset because no one is really wanting to help. I have talked to already 6 people and no help. I ask to speak to the manager and he went to the back and then said there was non available. I waited 1hr. To leave with out anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAIT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ohhhh. Don't even get me started. We do all our home improvement shopping at Lowe's because they honor veterans with a 10% discount. We love the fact there are "veteran parking spots". I had an odd assortment of random new and unused stuff from several projects my husband was planning to do in our home. Our situation suddenly changed and we are having to move cross country. We won't be doing any of these projects after all. There were items from multiple departments in the store. Each item rang up in the system. They would not refund any of my items. I wasn't asking for credit card credit, I just wanted store credit. Nada. Nothing. Refused to let me return even one item. I wasn't happy.

I've been coming to this Lowe's ever since it opened. Customer service has gone way down. The last few years I have had big problems with this store and in every department. I remember a time when you walked in the door and someone was there asking if you needed help. Every employee would ask "Can I help you find something?" It started a couple of years ago in the garden dept when I was looking for something and the person I asked said "It's over there somewhere" and proceeded to get on his phone. Moving on to the deplorable appliance dept where apparently they don't have anyone working until 5 pm. Want to talk about the paint dept? They claim they can't mix dark colors in oil base. Are you kidding me? Don't even think about ordering over the internet for pick up. 3 days after I've ordered I'm finally told my order was ready. 5 items. Get to the store for pick up and its not ready. They send a couple of guys to pick my items. 45 minutes later I go looking for my items myself. Moving on to check out. 1 lane for construction/pros backed up halfway down the store, 1 lane for general customers and the "customer service/returns/internet pickups". (Home Depot has self checkout) I currently have/had 2 orders for delivery. The first of which was a stove that they did not have in stock so had to cancel and re-order and is supposed to be delivered 3/25. We'll see. The second was a microwave which they may or may not have in stock is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but according to my bank statement (which previously said pending) has now disappeared. I'm assuming its been cancelled. Bad Management= Bad Employees. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Not enough people also equals bad management. Who is running this store?

We have been calling all day trying to get someone to answer regarding wrought iron fencing. After 50 rings each call the line disconnects. What poor service before we even attempt to make such a large purchase.

I didn't understand that ordering a pick up order would take up to 3 weeks. All the material I needed was in the store, but I waited 3 days before I went to the store. The lady told menu could go in the store and get it myself. I ask her how long it would be and that's when she told me it could take 3 weeks. I'm 65 and didn't want to walk around the store so I canceled my order. I also noticed a couple of young men that we're not wearing masks. I guess the staff was afraid to say anything. I thought it was a policy that everyone wear a mask. I guess since we have a home depot just around the corner I will try.

I ordered and paid for over four thousand dollars worth of appliances on June 22nd and I keep getting the run around about whether or not my appliances have been delivered to the store. I spoke to a young man yesterday evening after trying to get through after calling the store more than fifteen times and was told my dishwasher had been in since June 25th and my microwave/ wall oven combo has been in the store since July 5th!!! I called to speak to someone today and was told that my appliances have not come in yet someone doesn't know what they're talking about! This will be the last time that I order any large item from Lowe's that has to be delivered and installed. Such poor customer service this time around I'm soooo unhappy and disgusted right now!!! Also I was transferred to delivery three times of course no one answered after letting the phone ring about thirty times before being sent back to customer service.

We ordered a LG fridge on June 16th. They said it would take a while to come in but that was ok because we needed it when we moved into our new house on July 3rd. They assured me that it would be no issue to be delivered on that day. We got a confirmation July 2nd saying our fridge would be delivered between 8am-12pm July 3rd. The text also had a way of tracking it. We had to stay home all day waiting and after that time frame we checked the tracker and it said it wouldn't arrive till 2 hours later. Not a huge issue. So then 30 minutes later we checked again just to see where it was and it said our order was not found. We called the delivery number from the confirmation and they said the fridge had never even been picked up from Lowe's that morning and Lowe's should have called! Ridiculous. We have tried for hours to get in touch with the olive branch Lowe's and no one has answered. I've called every department. Also tried to call the Lowe's cares number and was on hold for over 20 min and then was disconnected. Now we are headed to the actual store to talk to a manager. This was our first and last purchase from Lowe's Sent from my iPhone

Had ordered a refrigerator,dishwasher and gas range from Lowes. Had to get a second choice on gas range due to it was going to be two months for first choice. They gave me the go around on the delivery date on the gas range. So went to get my first choice and waited two weeks to get my range and found out that it has a dent in the side where the gas hook up is. This is the second time I have had problems with dents. They dented the refrigerator and had to get another refrigerator. I will Not be using Lowe's for anything else.

Never had what I want and if you order it online, all bets are off. Even though you get an email stating it's in stock and ready for pickup, it often is not. Bad inventory management and hiring all the young kids who really don't care doesn't help

I have been repainting my whole interior and wasn't for sure what colors would look best. I came to Lowe's and the person in the paint department Wendy, she has black hair was the best!! She helped me pick out each color for the different rooms and they turned out fantastic. At first I wasn't for sure about a couple of them but she was right once I got it on my walls WOW!!! Shout out to Wendy fantastic job!
