I have been trying to cancel my membership for months with no luck. After moving away for college, I no longer needed a membership here. The first time I tried to cancel I went into the gym and was told false information about the cancellation and I have been charged for months without my knowledge. Only when I contacted them again about it was I told about a separate contracting company. This company is now also charging me an additional month for no reason. The lack of communication between the employees, Jane’s gym itself, and the contracting company is disrespectful. Do not go here if there is a chance you might need to cancel your membership because you will be charged even after you canceled.

I've never been one to love working out. I was not raised with that mentality. However, as I've gotten older, I realize it's importance and push myself to be better. Over the years, I have tried different gyms, both here and Dallas. I've tried big box Gyms and very boutique gyms. The last two years I have been working out consistently at Jane's gym and love it! The first reason I love this gym is that it is exclusively women. I never have to worry, and I am less self-conscious. The second reason I love this gym are the women themselves. Never have I felt so welcome, so encouraged, and actually have made friendships within the gym. Women range in all ages and sizes of all ethnicities and backgrounds. There is no judgment and only affirmations. For those that say that being sore, the next day is a negative, I would argue that they are not in it for the right reasons. Starting to work out journey is hard, getting good results is hard, being sore is validation that you are doing something right. The third reason I love this gym is the vast realm of opportunities that they provide. A 24 hour gym, a wide array of classes, specialized classes, such as aerial yoga, Hydro bed, tanning, a sauna, and special events that are scattered throughout the year. The final reason I love this gym is the price. When I first visited, I was concerned that it would be another boutique gym with exorbitant monthly rates. It's not! It's actually something I can afford. :-) Jane's gym has become my home and a space where I actually enjoy working out. I highly recommend!

Jane's gym is changing women's lives for the better!!!! It is amazing to have a womens only gym where you can workout with zero judgment and 150% encouragement from instructors, trainers, and fellow members. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a variety of equipment. You won't find any other gym around that offers as many classes as well as 24 hour access for the price you pay at Jane's. They have childcare, tanning, hydro massage, and a sauna. The staff are FANTASTIC! Friendly, always helpful, know you by name and make you feel like you're apart of a community. You're not just another membership at Jane's. I'll never leave this place where women get to put themselves first all while prioritizing health, well being, and friendship.

I've been a member of Jane's gym since 2017 and I can honestly say I have NO intention of ever joining another gym. Ever. The facility is clean & has tons of amenities. The staff is incredible and always so welcoming & helpful. There's variety of classes to choose from and the instructors are so encouraging and give sooooo many options to match each members fitness level! The confidence I've gained through discovering that I CAN do hard things and the group of friends I have made from Jane's gym is enough to keep me here on its own. I'm always recommending this place!

I have been going to Jane's Gym for a few months now. I absolutely love it. My favorite part is the workout classes. I love that I can go workout and not really have to plan out my workout since the instructors teach the classes. My favorite classes are Dance Fit & Body Combat. Not to mention Jane's Gym has childcare for my toddler. My only critique would be for Jane's to extend the childcare hours a bit or add childcare for Sundays as well. Thank you, Jane's!

The actual Gym is good but, Peak Payment Solutions, the company they finance the Gym Contract through are predatory. Very hard to cancel the contract and try to get an extra month after canceling. Ask when joining to have a contract that doesn't renew to avoid the hassle.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is well taken care of. Everything is always so clean. This is the most comfortable, non-judgmental gym I've ever been to.

The lady was very nice and understanding, she is very helpful for beginners. Great for team bondings.

A horrid place for bigger women. Only 2 instructors welcomed me into the class. One of the new owners ran me out of her class saying I was fit enough. I did modifications and apparently that wasn't part of her plan. This is a great place for in shape people, but not for those who actually need a gym and need to lose weight. I won't ever go back except to cancel my membership.

I kind of wish I never got this gym membership. I never go and when I was going I only liked 2 of the group fitness classes, the dance fit and body combat. The other classes were just a bit too intense and had me extremely sore for days. When I work out I want to have fun not be so sore I'm unable to walk the next day. I only got the gym membership for the variety of group classes. Now the classes don't work with my work schedule, none of the classes I like are ever scheduled after work. Now I'm stuck with this membership for another year.

If you say this is a bad gym, i’m not sure where you could come up with that conclusion. After exploring all the gym options around, I have never loved working out as much as I do now here, the staff are all so friendly, and there is plenty of options for working out without distraction. Absolutely love this place!!

the gym is really regular, pretty small. the only reason to go is if you want a women's only gym. but the billing is horrible. they have manipulated things to charge you as long and as much as they can. I have moved very far from here, but they'll continue charging me until they receive proof of the move in the MAIL. not email, real old fashioned mail. on top of all the additional fees they've slapped on there. I wouldn't recommend signing up with them, it's cost a lot more money than it was worth.

Very dirty, overpriced, not many machines, tanning bulbs never changed, everything is separate in the price....You have to pay 15$ extra a month for tanning and 15$ extra a month for hydro massage. Very disappointing for an all women's gym. Tanning rooms disgusting and 3 out of 4 screws are missing in the tanning bed. So many workers so how can it be that filthy? Very disappointing. Also the front key code to get into the building has been taken off, so anyone can come in at any time. Not very safe, again all women's gym. Switched to planet fitness and I pay less and have use of all tanning, massage chairs, hydro massage, discounts on drinks, sooooo many machines, and it's very clean!!!!

Pay heed to the bad reviews about cancelling membership. I have done literally every single thing asked. Allowed my contract to expire and was told by gym personnel that I would roll to monthly at that point and would be able to call the billing company and cancel my membership. Called the billing company and was told that while I was no longer under contract, the gym required a physical letter requesting membership cancellation. So I went through the trouble of mailing a physical letter at the beginning of June. Finally received confirmation that my membership would be closed 10 days later; however it also stated that I was required to pay for an additional month to the tune of $47.90. So even though I wasn't under contract at the time of request, I followed each step of their process, AND requested immediate cancellation of my NON-CONTRACT membership, I still can't get get them to close my membership.
