I want to personally thank Becky! She is AWESOME! I've had my car from ifiance for about 6 months & my business relationship with them is the best! Becky is always fast and professional anytime I need anything handled I always will contact her, she is the best at what she do! Never nasty or anything you just can't find too many of people like her around anymore; I highly recommend if you plan to buy a car from them ASK TO SPEAK WITH BECKY!

Posting another review because the inconsistency and professionalism of this business is terrible, they do not care at all what they sell or what you have to pay I decided to get a note because my cash car was unreliable now I understand this is a used dealer and nothing is perfect but no way should I spend $700 from tows and repair fees for a car I got three months ago along with paying my note and insurance. So ridiculous and the least they can do is communicate with your car so you know how to move along but they don’t even care to do that, they just dodge your phone calls/text! Please save your money and time so many people having these issues I don’t even see how they are still in business

Please beware ! I purchased a vehicle within 3 months of having I am already paying over $500 in repairs for this vehicle WITH A “WARRANTY” please just go somewhere else or buy a cash car! Also the communication is terrible they keep your car and never give you any updates! Please please be careful bring a mechanic or just go elsewhere !

I purchased a car from this company a few years ago and I had wreck and the car got totaled out and now because I didn’t repurchase a car rom this company I been garnished to pay for a car that’s is no longer in my possession, so I suggest if you want a decent go else where because Ifinance isn’t the place to go it’s okay God don’t like ugly.

My bf got a car from here it started messing up a month later and they we’re charging him to fix it .. it had to be fixed 3-5 times but really never got fix cuz u have to keep going back for repairs I know it’s used but dang this isn’t right ..it’s not worth it and the owner has no empathy..,

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN'T KEEP UP PAYMENTS AND GIVE THE CAR BACK THEY WILL SUE YOU FOR A CAR YOU DON'T HAVE. BUYERS BEWARE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE.

****SCAM LIKELY!!!!!*****Straight Crooks!!!! They cut my car off the minute i clocked out of work. I thought my battery died so i was calling around asking for help. They called me right at their closing time to tell me by bank had sent back the last two payments that were made and that my note was a month past due. I never recieved any notice from my bank , just receipts of processed payments from ifinance. They were so unprofessional during this process, they were catching attitudes. They did not understand that i did not know the bank had rejected the payments, they did not give me a chance to even attempt to pay. They just hit the killswitch and tried to strong arm me while i was stranded at work. The car was not even worth it to be honest. It was a 2015 used car with almost 200,000 miles. When i got the car it was not even clean on the inside or out, it smelled like dogs lived in the car prior to me. alternator was on its way out, i was paying almost $700 a month for. a 20,000 car. They never even sent tags for the car. They did bad business and didnt deserve another dime from me. i wish i knew the lady name that was very compassionate and understanding, she was trying to work with me but the "boss lady" said no. Please dont waste your hard earned money. Go to Jim keras (covington Pike Acceptance)** UPDATE- they even catching attitudes in the responses!

This is the worst company to buy a car from. Yes, they are nice when they trying to get your money, but wait until something happens to the car. I had a car for less than month and it stopped working. it would only go when I pressed the accelerator all the way down and then it was hard to move. I had my car towed to them, they claimed they would fix it, but didn't. I asked for a replacement car, a loaner car while the car I bought from them was being fixed. They said they would get back to me on the loaner. Never did. They said they would take care of fixing but they didn't. I called and left messages, my text messages were not answered and I left voicemails with no return calls. The guy next door to them (Jeff @ Regal) even tried helping me to get answers and they still didn't call me back. He would talk to Cory and Becky (my sales person), they would tell him that they would call me back. Never did. I feel they sold me a lemon and know they sold me a lemon and now they are ignoring me, my calls and text messages. I have since had the car towed from their location. I have been without a car now going on two weeks with nothing being done. This is the worst place to buy a car. No matter what they say you will be sorry. You will regret going to this place and getting a car.

My daughter bought a car from this place and in less than a month the car broke down. She called her sales person Becky who never returned her calls until I text her twice and she didn't respond to me but she called my daughter and asked her to ask me to stop texting. I would have never called if she did her job and called my daughter back when she was calling her. Then she told my daughter in order to get the car fixed she had to pay an additional $3,000 but she had the car less than a month and the owner told her if anything happens to it within 30 days she can bring it back. She was willing to keep it if they would have fixed it. This is a lousy company that sell lemon cars. Buyers Beware. Don't do it. Save your money go somewhere else.
