I can’t even believe this is a Hilton property.Had to Change rooms 3 times.The Night auditor had a nasty attitude. Well his attitude matched the rooms.NOT once did we even get an apology.NO compensation offered.Maintenance had to fix the shades for about an hour because there was no sting to lift them up.Housekeeping staff was yelling at the front desk staff down the hallway.Housekeepers complaining to other housekeepers because late checkouts were granted.According to her late checkouts are not offered on Sundays and she was PO saying “they need to come out of these rooms”Banging on the doors BEFORE checkout time.See below for photosDirty towels that are SUPPOSED to be fresh clean towels.I don’t think a vacuum has seen these rooms there were crumbs ALL over.Blood stains on the comforters and the housekeeper flipped it to the bottom of the bed so it won’t be seen (so she/he thought).Goo on the phone AND clockMirrors not cleanedSticky stuff on the barn doorPalmetto bug water bug whatever it’s called it doesn’t belong in the room .the choice is yours to stay here.

Enjoying this nice hotel. Rooms are great, beds are good, water pressure good!Food & drinks: Close to restaurants, good spread for breakfast.

I don't recommended this hotel, the hotel is dirty and in need of a major update. I walked bare foot on the carpet and when I stepped into the shower black streaks came off of my dirty feet. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. The elevator makes a big bang noise when the door opens, no mention of the elevator being inspected. There was some questionable parking lot activity going on the week I was there. The pool door was left unlocked which allowed anyone access to the hotel not wanting to go through the lobby. This hotel isn't what a Hilton Hotel should be.The TV was always going in and out as if the satellite wasn't able to stay connected.The breakfast was above standard, but the was the only positive.

Room uncleanness disappointing for a Hilton property. Despite being on 3rd floor, a gecko greeted us as we entered the room. When we tried to shoo it out the door, it snuck under the wall/floor molding.Tile floor in room entry and bathroom sticky and disgustingly dirty. Grime on doors and walls. Found many hairs not ours. Shower corners and sink grout need detailed cleaning and recaulking.

Good location. Stores nearby like Kroger as well as some restaurants. Beds were a little too firm for my liking. Overall a good place to stay for your moneys worth. Being a travel agent I would definitely recommend this place to my clients.

Room 123 was very cluttered! The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were completely worn out. They didn't have extra pillows for the pull out bed. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. The fridge was in a too small cabinet so you could barely get it opened. The indoor pool was freezing cold. The ceiling had a hole in it that wasn't fixed. I would never stay here again! Hotel needs a lot of work!
