Me and my wife love it here. Meredith is the best worker there and is the reason why we keep coming back. If you go make sure you ask for Meredith she will definitely get you fixed up!!

Great selection to choose from. I went in to buy one pair of (HOKA) and ended up buying two pair. Staff was super friendly, very attentive and helpful. The store was neat, and well organized. Great location and easy to find. It was worth the drive and the price was fair and expected. I will surely be returning.

My quest for OC shoes brought me to the store. Angel helped me choose my first pair. He was knowledgeable about the different styles and fits. Everyone in the store was very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff with excellent product.My mom stands on her feet all day and the Hokas work well for her. She gets the custom insert. It is $80 but well worth it. Each insert is molded by your foot, so it is custom to you.I highly recommend this store for their customer service and products.

I stopped in at the last minute and Meredith was extremely helpful, she explained to me what made Grivet the best place to buy from and first hand experience on each shoe she showed me and then took the time to order the color I wanted from the other location. Grivet is a great store and I will shop there again.

I have heard so many great reviews of this store from coworkers so I decided to give it a shot. I have never worn either brand of shoes so I knew I would have some questions. The first time I went by they were incredibly busy so I decided to return on a different day. The second time I decided to go I checked their store hours online (closes at 7pm) and went 10 miles out of my way on my way home from work to go. I got there at 4:40pm on a Tuesday and the door was locked. I was confused especially since there were several people inside looking right at me. I called twice. The first went unanswered. The second, a woman answered and said "We close at 5 today." I said "It's 4:45pm." She said "We are having a staff meeting. We are open tomorrow from 10-7." I went out of my way to shop there, but decided to go across the street to Academy to buy my Brooks, which I love. My advice? Call before you make the drive because apparently they do not honor their own "business hours".

I had a very mixed experience here. My husband came with me as we both wanted to purchase a pair of shoes. He tried on a few and the guy was patient and friendly, and my husband decided he liked Brooks. We bought those and a pair of oncloud shoes for me. I am very picky about my shoes so he let me try on a few before I decided to go with the cloudstratus shoes. He brought me my size, we checked out and went home. When I unboxed them less than 30 minutes after purchasing them I noticed that the pair they gave me were very worn. You could tell that someone had put miles in them by the condition of the wrinkled soles and where the shoe had taken in the shape of someone else’s foot. I returned them immediately. They told me that they take the shoes people return within their return policy, clean them up and try to resale them. If they are in brand new condition, whatever, but these were very obviously broken in. Additionally, I should not have to return $180 shoes because they were worn. EVER. Much less twice in one day. I’m not a fan of a business that tries to get over on its customers who come there to spend good money for high quality running shoes. So I ask to exchange them for a brand new, never worn pair, I did a quick inspection in the store (their lighting isn’t great, so I didn’t see much though I immediately noticed they were also not brand new but I tried to take them and deal with it) so I took the second pair to my car. Upon further inspection these shoes weren’t as worn as the first pair, but they had some scratch damage, pet hair, and dirt/scuffs from someone else wearing them. I immediately returned these as well. I’ll be ordering my shoes directly from OnCloud from now on because I have never in my life received worn shoes that I purchased brand new at FULL PRICE. The other reviews were right, they are nice enough with the customer service aspect, but BEWARE, they will sell you used shoes if they think they can get away with it.

UPDATE: Initially I gave this store one star( see reason below) I‘ve changed my review to 5 stars and would give 10 stars if possible! Kim, retail director, reached out to me and was very attentive and understanding of my concerns. She went above and beyond to see that my next experience at the store was exceptional! Thank you Kim and the staff at Grover Outdoors for providing an awesome experience today. I will return and recommend the store to others!?***Initial Review: Well I guess I’ll be the one to say this… It’s unfortunate to have an experience of this nature but I did. Not calling the race card but it has me thinking, well was it? No greeting when I entered the store. I proceeded to ask if a certain brand of running shoe was sold. Answer was, “ yes, in the back”. I proceeded to the back of the store and the person working there was speaking to someone else. I looked around while waiting for him to acknowledge me. I wasn’t acknowledged. I walk out and no one said a word. Customer service may be awesome for most but for me it was awful. Shame on you Grivet Outdoors. If I could give zero stars, you would have received that. Very disappointed. I’ll be ordering my Hokas online.

I’m not normally one to do reviews, but I went in this store for the first time today and had a great experience! I came in to try on the different brands of tennis shoes they had. The sales associate greeted me and then helped me through making a decision. She was very knowledgable about every different kind of shoe and which ones would work best for me. Definitely recommend this store! And thank you to the girls who helped me!

A fun outdoor shop to poke around in. Tried on some On Clouds – they had so many colors and models to choose from! The most I’ve seen anywhere, and some really unique colors I haven’t seen the other stores carry (more than just the basic black/white models you see at most places). They had a women’s 5.5 and a men’s 14 in stock – which is hard to find. For a small shop, they keep a lot in stock! You wont be disappointed.
