Needed 2 men to unload my 55" Flat screen TV...Goodman Rd location had ' only 1 very nice lady . She made a call and then directed me to the Hacks location where 2 men promptly took care of the situation!

Always polite and friendly. Greatful for all donations. They show kindness. They are personable. They open the door almost immediately when I drive up. Easy and quick drop off.

What a waste of a drive. One small wall of books. Basically this is a donation center with a small selection of books in the front area.

1st time dropping off at this location, I normally drop off in Memphis. But either way when I pulled up the young lady jus looking, didn’t speak or nothing I just like “hey!” They are rude, not friendly at all! They didn’t even help to get the items out the car at all. I won’t drop off here anymore!!!

The lady that works there was super rude. She was on her phone and said she wasnt going to take donations and do processing too. That's apart of your job ma'am. I even had to unload my own stuff. I won't donate here anymore. There used to be a guy that worked here that never complained and was always nice. This lady right here is a no for me. After years of donating here, I will take my donations elsewhere.

Went to donate some items on 01/20/2920 at approximately 12:15 pm. Lady there was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her because I was donating some stuff. Very very rude. Think I’ll take my stuff to Salvation Army from now on.

The rudest people I have ever encountered at a Goodwill. Did not help us unload, got agitated because we brought two bikes and when I asked for a receipt. Never again will I use this location!

Amazing selection of books. Very organized, even has sitting areas. Books are almost all in great condition and great prices. Never seen one over $10.
