So I bring my kids here to get a game and there’s a sign on the door saying, “Sorry, Be back soon. 4:30pm - 5:30pm. However, its 5:50 and theirs a young lady sitting behind the counter watching people walk up to the door and leave…even through the sign says they will be back at 5:30. We’d been waiting patiently for 25 minutes. Others are in their car waiting and have been waiting longer than us.Extremely unprofessional.
