When I walked in the store, I wasn’t greeted. I walked around in the store for a while and this is when I see an employee go into the storeroom and start pulling out items which were not already on the floor to show to her friends. She made several trips in the back reminding her friends that these items had not been put out yet and she could save them. Im thinking this is very unprofessional while other customers would like to enjoy these items as well. I don’t ever shop at places like this but was looking for items to wear to a costume party so I decided to check it out. I was never asked if I need any help and I was there at least an hr. Thanks for validating why I never shop here. Won’t be back.

We just stopped in for a few minutes. I thought it was cute and had a bit of variety. The woman tending the store was friendly and the store was clean.

I spent 288.76 on 11/6/21 in that purchase I had one pair of boots. In the store I tried the left one on to make sure it fit. On 11/9/21 I took boots out the box and was going to wear them, Well the right one was damaged on the inside and had a lump where your heel would go. I took the box with all the paper that came in the box to the store 11/10/21 all I wanted was a pair that were not damaged. Daisy assistant store manager had the worse attitude ever. She acknowledged that they had not been worn and were damaged but immediately starts with I need the receipt, I had left that home in my desk. I asked can you pull it up by my telephone number? She says NO - I need the receipt, seems as if the only words she knew were I need the receipt. I had a picture of receipt in my phone from an app Fetch that I scan receipts on. Guess what she said??? I need the paper receipt, All I wanted was a pair of boots that were not damaged. She said they were out of stock in my size. Daisy did not try to assist me in form or fashion, She gets a 0 in customer service. Ladies keep your receipts and be careful, Factory Connection will gladly take your money but could care less if you have a problem with an item that you purchased. I am headed back there now with my paper receipt for Ms. Daisy,

Went there to pick up a blouse that Daisy had held for me. Both ladies working there were very cordial and the prices there were comparable. They have other items than clothing and I highly recommend you take a look.

The lady was informative on the sale areas for the one day sale.The store is clean signs everywhere on COVID-19.ALOT of summer shoes markdown and clothes.Need more sizes in 8 &1/2 and up though.
