When you buy anything you expect it to work. Don't buy anything used from this place unless you want it to be used as decoration. If you buy someone from them and your warranty is up, don't worry about even calling them for help to even get it fixed, even if you are paying and willing to bring it back to them. We will return for all future appliance needs!! We live in an old house with non-standard size appliances but they actually had what we needed AND it was hundreds of dollars off other quotes we received elsewhere! Delivery and installation was also amazing! Even though our laundry center was extremely difficult to fit into the space, (again- our house is old and tiny) they did not give up until they got the job done! I am certain that none of the big box stores would have worked that hard, and we would not have been able to install ourselves. Store was clean and Gloria is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. We are so happy we found this place!!!

I got my appliances here and the sales associate (Mr Leon) was so professional. He took his time and explained ways on how to get better lifetime use out of the appliances. They even delivered it the next day. The delivery went smoothly. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!!! Shop here you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service, and the appliance you see is the one you’re buying. We got our fridge here after Lowe’s pushed back our delivery date. I won’t buy appliances anywhere else anymore

My 8 year old fridge messed up and the repairman was going to charge $900-$1100 to fix it. So me and the hubby went shopping and wanted to find local appliance place that we could start shopping at and trust. THIS IS THE PLACE! Mr. Leon Cummings is your man. We saw that this was $995 on the website and it was stickered at $1165 in the store and Mr. Cummings made it right! Lowes and Home Depot couldn't brings us a fridge for over a week or longer, Mr. Cummings told us 24-48 hours on Wednesday and then his delivery man told him it would be Monday....so Mr. Cummings went above and beyond and brought it out himself and even hauled the other one away! This will be our go to store!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, Gloria has no experience or customer service skills. Continues to hang up the phone when asking simple questions. Their appliances are 10x more expensive than any other used appliances stores in the area. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
