An employee at Dollar General, a blonde-haired lady with glasses, wrongly accused us of dumping trash in their dumpster. Despite our denial, she maintained a rude and confrontational demeanor. She insisted someone saw us, but a quick look at their surveillance would've proven her wrong. Unfortunately, she never apologized for the misunderstanding. I've decided not to patronize Dollar General again due to this incident.

Long line with EXTREMELY slow service, HORRIBLE customer service…. I ask for my items to be bagged and cashier tells me there’s a bag…. I wasn’t aware that DG is like Aldi’s and Sam’s now not having bags… A million signs posted on what they no longer do… So I guess the cashiers attitude match that particular DG on 305 and college rd!

Chelsea used to be so nice and helpful but today she was extremely rude, combative, and seemed extremely angry. I simply asked for directions to face masks and I was met with a very snappy and nasty attitude as well as very short answers, that didn’t answer my question. I nicely asked “is everything okay, are you having a bad day?” And she constantly redirected me to self checkout practically telling me that she didn’t want to check me out but I told her that I would prefer for her to check me out. When it became time to pay she refused to take the money from my hand so I had to put it on the counter. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me, but I later found it on the bottom of the receipt. All of the employees are usually very nice and helpful but Chelsea is a very bad face for Dollar General.

This store looks soooooo good now. It has completed turned around. Everything used to be everywhere, cluttered aisles, just a mess. I don’t know who took over this place but they have done a PHENOMENAL job turning it around. I LOVE going in this store!!!!!!!

I gave the store 5 stars 6 months ago when it opened. I’m changing my rating because they can NEVER seem to catch up on stocking the shelves. It’s mostly disorganized and disheveled. The staff really isn’t that friendly and somewhat indifferent. The one on Church Rd is the golden standard. They should take lessons. Very well run! I really want this store to be successful and I care enough to give feedback.
