The customer service at this CVS pharmacy is horrific. I dropped off a prescription early, went to go pick it up the next day…and they informed me that it wouldn’t be ready until after lunch. This was at 1:30 PM. I went back at 3:00 PM, and they’ve lost it.Everyone behind the counter moved as slow as day like there was no work to be done as well as demonstrating no urgency to help customers. Really unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism.

They called to tell me they couldn't refill my prescription and to just get lost basically. That there was nothing I could do to get my medicine apparently? Which is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Can't wait to switch back to Walgreens.

The pharmacy customer service is horrible. The last two times I have been here they have been very rude, prescription not ready after 3 and 1/2 hours. Please avoid this store for filling your prescriptions. I guess I will start filling my prescriptions at Walgreens or Krogers.

CVS has closed two locations in Olive Branch but still does not staff the remaining location to be able to serve the customers timely

I today had to deal with this Asian woman at the window who was a real piece of work. She was thoroughly nasty to me and her behavior was completely unacceptable. Instead of helping me, she just shut the window on me. How she got that job is beyond me. The staff at this location change on a constant basis, so who knows where they dug up this one from. CVS constantly insists on automatically refilling your prescriptions when you tell them not to. Then, you got there to pick them up and you are told by someone like this that there are no prescriptions. CVS relies on being one of the two choices nationwide to get prescriptions. And, when you have a bad location like this one, you are handcuffed to them to get your prescriptions and they know that they can treat you exactly this way.

Hi. So first let me say I love John He is the most wonderful caring person that actually does his job and cares. He gets things done. He answers the phone as well. So when I call I have to use option 2 which I will continue to always use to the lady pharmacist who told me it's for Dr. Only. Well like I told her answer your phone lady for your regular customers. We are the ones who keep you a job. I spend over 500 a month with cvs on one medication only you would think they would be a little more nice. Cassandra Diouf

My husband and I walked into the store and needed assistance with passport pictures. The gentleman that assisted us went out of his way to help. He was very friendly and even used his phone to help us out. We are forever grateful.

Poor customer service. I miss the days when you'd walk into a pharmacy and they would greet you. They don't even look in your direction when you're waiting at the register. They are so busy that if you need a script filled quickly, you can forget about it. I've changed to kroger pharmacy and I'm very very happy with it.

So if you look at the reviews like I did. They start complaining about them not answering their phone since 5 years ago. That tells me that the management there does not care about the customers they do have. You do realize we are the reason you stay in business right? You wouldn't have a phramcey open if everyone stopped filling there. That would tell me you should care and put them first. Same thing is happening 5 years later. Noone will pick the phone up. The only person that answers the phone and looks online to fill medication is John. He is fantastic. He genuinely cares about people. You definitely can count on the phone being answered and your medication getting refilled promptly when John is there! Also Taylor is very efficient and nice!

They promised us our medicine would be ready at 2:30 pm when we put the prescription in at 9:30 am. It’s 3:30 and they have not called or texted. We’ve called five times and they won’t answer. Finally got someone to go up there and see if it’s ready. One of the medications was pain medication for wisdom teeth so my fiancé has had to bare the pain for 6 hours

I’ve been picking up my mother’s medicine from this same location for many years. I never had an account of my own until recently. I forget the young man’s name in the pharmacy, but he quickly saved me 2/3 of my price for an antibiotic that I needed just by signing me up on their list of customers.Being that it’s a pharmacy, I always expect to wait a bit. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had a wait time that I considered too long, and I must’ve been here a hundred times or more over the years.
