I went in there to look & consider to do a trade in & purchase . On a red Chevy 2500 Silverado . & Jim one of the vice presidents was so unprofessional & had a smart mind & was rude . He made me feel not welcomed . His customer service is not good at all . He act like he did not want to help me out at all . I would not recommend trying to buy or finance or trade in a car to this place . They need to work on how to attend customer

Jay and Tim are the guys to go too. They installed a leveling kit on my 22 AT4 X with 35 inch tires , and it looks and drives great. They walked me through the process step by step and answered every question i had. I would highly recommend crossroad Motors.
