I broke the screen on my Samsung tablet. I chose CPR to replace the screen. It was like new! Of course, it now has a protector. Do yourself a favor; put protectors on your screens. If not, see Josh at CPR 5073 Park!

Took my phone here to get the screen repaired by assurance. While the screen was being repair it was supposed to take 1.5 hours and took 5, the screws were to tight and the speaker phone was broken while trying to remove the screws. No big deal I was made aware of this and that they were ordering the speaker and could repair it. Once I got home I realized the phone had no service... which they tested the phone when I dropped it off by making a phone call not sure why they didn't do this after the repair!! I called they said the antenna was probably disconnected. Took the phone back after work to drop it off on Monday to get the speaker and the antenna fixed when I got there to pick up the phone on Tuesday after work I was told they had the wrong speaker and and would need to order the right one. That was on 8/15 I was not able to take it to be repaired until 8/26 when I called to make sure I didn't have another wasted trip I was told they had not been able to order the speaker because their supplier was out of stock but they have another they could order from... So why were they just now ordering it?? All of this is from me calling and reaching out and asking because they are not bothering to call and tell me anything through this whole process! I understand things happen but good customer service and an apology for inconvenience goes a long way!

Went in to have my screen repaired and eventually the camera was bad so had it replaced but didn’t have facial recognition so James, the manager/owner of the business said he would call me in a week, but evidently was not intending to call me at all it’s been a few months. That’s what happens when parents buy their kids a business. I’ll be making another trip out there. If you tell somebody you’re going to call them you need to call them. If you can’t do it just say you can’t don’t waste a persons time.

The service was quick and easy. T-mobile sent me here to get my screen fixed and I didn't have to exchange any money with the store. They were exactly on time with their estimate and very courteous.

My phone been getting fixed over a week now. Cuz they stripped a few screws on my note 20 ultra. It’s ridiculous. Still aint recorded it back yet. They keep telling me it should be fixed today. But never fixed by end of each day.Update: They gave me a whole new note 20 ultra , sadly i lost some of my files on my old device. The new phone they gave me, i couldnt make calls or use internet but i could text., i had to the phone back a few days later, they are going to order me a new note 20 ultra thats unlocked
