Had a membership, damage was done to my vehicle by an employee! I had to replace my antenna, the manger took the complaint & all the receipts agreed to reimburse me, which I have emails & text messages to prove!! Keeps telling me I'll receive a check in two weeks since November 20th l!! Have not been paid!! Next contact with Erica c******* was Dec10th check is in the mail!! So unprofessional still have not received payment!!!

Poor service, whoever the employee that drives the white Lexus needs to learn what the opening hours are. Never opens on time, unprofessional and the quality of wash is piss poor.

Sometimes the car wash works great, sometimes not so much, but my complaint is the managers . I've used the promos to get my washes for $5 mnthly. Its when ive gone to cancel it that the issues arise. 1st time I did it, my acct was charged the $39.95 even though I came in when I was instructed 2 days before the end of the 30 days. The woman who "cancelled" it was quite rude, ecspecially to the young man who apparently came in late that day...very unprofessional...2nd time I did the promo the original woman who cancelled it did not put my info in correctly. The man finally got it straightened out. I purchased a 3rd promo. I went in on Oct 4th to cancel. Went bck on the 30th day for my last car wash, it didnt lift up the gate for me to enter. After honking my horn for someone to assist me the man came out I asked em is promo not good for 30days he literally starts shaking his head no, like he was shaking water from his hair... didnt answer my question..I asked again..his comment was "guess your gettn a free one today"...then mumbled something about its good til 12midnite the day of!.?♀️?♀️...I pull up to the car wash ...as he"guides" me in my tire hits the railing thing. I rolled my window an asked arent you supposed ti guide me in??.....he just shook his locks again!!!....wow!!...Service: Auto detailing

This car wash use to be top notch and I went tonight and water worked and soap water and nothing else. This place is an absolute dump so don’t waste your money! Only 2 bays worked and that was partial working. AVOID THIS PLACE !! Garbage !!
