filed a claim 5/21. hail damage. first adjuster made up his mind nothing was needed prior to ever looking at the property. has been over 3 months and finally have a response after 8 different people looked at it and I had to call multiple times without ever getting any help. them stating 0 hail damage after two different contractors stated otherwise. next door neighbors have new roofs. about 10 different houses on my block also have new roofs, keep in mind thats most of the houses here. clearly I just have a terrible insurance provider. lf 0 stars was available I would choose that.

My business insured over a dozen vehicles with Bert's office for just under a year. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Bert is consistently "out of the office" and his staff is hardly helpful. He would go months without responding to emails or returning phone calls. If we had to have something done, we would just call State Farm corporate. I do not understand how State Farm let's Bert's office stay in business.

Very little help so far on frozen pipes over Christmas break. Bert is off this week. Office lady “connected “ me with the claims department. After more than 20 minutes on hold, I tried to call the office back. It was 5:03, so the office was closed. It appears that this office is only available when it is time for me to pay them - not when I need help.1/4-My claim has still not been handled, but I’ve been assured that Bert can call me next week.

I highly recommend to everyone to switch with Bert West State Farm Insurance. His the best!!! My house just got caught on fire the other evening, call State Farm past 8pm, at 9ish adjuster already calling me to go through the process and at 9:40’s, ALE Solutions called to see if we have a place to stay for the night. Told them we are already at a relatives house. The next day, Bert came out and gave us a check for us to start with the necessities. And they got us booked for an extended stay for 14 days until they can find us a long term stay since our house needs 4-6 mos to rebuild. Thank you, Bert West, and thank you State Farm! Despite our circumstances, God is still good all the time!

My experience working with Bert West for the last 15 years has been amazing. With everything that life throws at you, the one thing I can count on is Bert West and State Farm to handle everything. Bert is always available and takes an honest, hands on approach to get everything handled if you ever do have an unfortunate event that needs a claim. I have nothing but praise. Go see him.

Just to give an idea of the kind of service you'll receive with Bert West, I'll share what happened to me today there. I stopped by to update my auto insurance policy and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Bert and his staff were so kind to me. Bert called a locksmith for me, and then went ahead and processed the claim for me on the spot instead of having to file it later. I had my daughter with me, and they gave her a toy and offered us drinks as we waited. This was even after they had already closed. They were awesome, and I appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them as an agent because they'll take care of you.
