This AutoZone store on Hacks Cross road should be your #1 Store in the Tri state area. Your Customer Service goes further than I have ever seen. Jeanine Rayborn, Stephanie Boxley, Maurice Benson, and Charles Higgins went out of their way to try and help me in every way they could. Your Customer Service is the greatest.

Great customer service from the Olive Branch hacks Cross AutoZone , had to go across town to get a part , had some issues with the Winchester location, but got the branch hacks cross location on the phone and they took care of me very well!!! Thanks for all the hard work, very appreciative, keep up the good work ?

I went in this morning to get tag light replacement bulbs, and the 2 guys working the front were so nice. Very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond- even came out to help me change them and made sure they worked before I drove off. Great job guys ??.

I have visited Auto Zone on many occasions for the majority of my maintenance and replacement parts needs. They always have my correct maintenance parts and supplies but don’t always have my specialty parts. That doesn’t really concern me because Auto Zone is a friendly and helpful store which me and my family have gone to for years and I definitely recommend them.
