On 11-15-2023 I went to AutoZone on Hacks Cross Road in Olive Branch, Ms. I was approached by a female black (Lisa) whom is also a manager. She immediately came across with an attitude that's unbecoming of an employee who deals with the public. Her attitude was so terrible and bad until I was forced to leave and shop at a different location. Apparently she doesn't realize that how she treats the customers can drastically effect sales and safety. I will be reaching out to the corporate office because I've shopped at different Auto zones for over thirty years. I have a very strong voice in the public and the power of social media and tend to use it fully.

I traveled from Eastern VA to Texas last week. On my way back to VA, my Check Engine Light came on. I pulled-off of I-40 and I stopped at this Autozone in OB, MS. They did an OBDII scan and it indicated a fault with the NOx Sensor. This allowed me to know the problem and what I needed to do to get it mitigated (I went to M-B of Collierville TN - which by the way was their recommendation).Thanks Autozone!
