I visit the area often and have adopted this gym as my gym away from hike. Great staff. Always clean. Awesome amenities. Just such a great place to workout. Wish we had this gym in my city.

Tried to cancel my membership because I had been in the hospital having heart surgery. They still haven’t canceled when I asked them to. And gave me no help. Closing my bank account was the only way I could, hurting my credit. They don’t care about their customers/ members. I do not recommend ever being a member here.

They gym is huge, but they will charge a annually charge along with the monthly charge. My bank account got hacked, and this gym membership was the last thing on my mind, they charge a late charge and for the amount for the rest of the months in the year, making my balance outstanding for a GYM membership ! they can kiss my A S S !!!!

Got pretty irritated going tanning and they gave me the broke bed everytime. So the last time I went in and she gave it to me again so I said are the other beds not open she said yes I said well can you put me in one that isn't broken she said yes.. anyways I don't believe I should have had to ask to not be in the broken bed and when I say broke I mean you push the button and it doesn't display a time you have to wait the full 5 min and it will then turn on. I had to dress myself back up and go ask why the first time it happened, like no heads up hey it's broke you gotta wait till it decides to come on .. people I got shit to do other than standing naked in a mirror waiting for that crap to turn on.

Mostly clean facility with a variety of equipment. No pool. Clean showers. Equipment and TVs don't work at times. They are not regularly checked.
