Ran into a DEF issue that was going to leave us stranded while traveling across the country. Surrounding dealers said they couldn’t even look at the truck for weeks out and offered no help. Jeff made it happen! Got me in that afternoon, parts ordered and the tech had me on the road in the morning. Appreciate it guys!

I had my first service appointment with All Star Chevrolet and I must say I was pleasantly surprised how quick and smooth it went. I made an appointment the day before and upon arrival was pleasantly greeted and they took my Tahoe right in and had me ready to go in about 40 minutes. Everyone at All Star has been GREAT ever since I stepped on the lot to look at the Tahoe I bought! Randall and Joe tag teamed on the sale- these guys are AWESOME!! The finance manager was sooo nice and now the service department has been wonderful as well!!

I would recommend this horrible car dealership to no one! They did nothing but lie and make promises they couldn’t keep! They promised us they would give us a second key to our car because it only came with one and never followed through! When we asked for it following buying car, they said they would not do it!! If you wanna get screwed and deal with deceitful people, buy from them!

Randy Ward helped us so much. We love our truck and they took care of us when our battery died two weeks of us owning it. Ive bought cars in the past from some sleazy car salesmen in the past. It’s definitely not the case here at all. They really made it a breeze here and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

I purchased my Colorado new in May of 2020. In January 2021, I contacted my salesman regarding the best option for removing a substance (wet concrete?) that I had driven through and needed cleaned off of the paint. I was told to just bring it in and the service department would try to buff it out-no charge. I made an appointment for this and when my brother took it in for me today, they not only had NO idea why he was there, they told him they do not do any buffing there! Of course, I had explained why I was bringing it in when I made the appointment! Adding insult to injury, the salesman denied having told me to bring it in and insisted he had not talked to me in over a year. (I just bought it 7 months ago!) I'm okay with people making mistakes and getting information wrong. I do not understand failure to take responsibility for mistakes. Do they think I just dreamed that entire exchange up in my head? This 1 star review could have been 3 stars if that salesman had simply admitted and apologized for his erroneous information.

All Star has the best service team ever. Jeff Moore treats me fair and square every time. Then Baby Face Chance is moving up the ranks and learning true customer service from the best of the best! Gary is a true Saint in managing the service team. I drive from Bartlett right next to Serra Chevrolet for the service with All Star. Even had my car towed from Serra to All Star. They are a true team that I can trust with my car. Thank all of you for caring!

My Chevy truck was taken in for a recall in July of 2019. I was told they did not have the part and had to order it. We have tried 4-5 to contact the service department, to see if the part had come. We had to leave our name and number for them to call us back each time. They have yet to return one phone call. Well today the 25th of March, 2020, I was asked to leave my name and number again. I told the person it was a futile for me to leave it because they never call back. I will be taking my business to another dealer in town. Hopefully they will be better. I will never purchase a vehicle from All Star Chevy in Olive Branch MS. The service is at best, lousy and unreliable.

Traveling through the area, ended up having a mechanical issue. The guys at All Star were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Great customer service. No complaints so far. The mechanical issue seems to have been fixed.
