The ladies at Woodforrest have your back. Always promoting for different charities and doing far more than the bare minimum. Always prompt and posted. They even let me make a withdrawal after closing with smiles on their faces! Great bunch of gals there!!

Employees are less than professionals including the manager, he's extremely lazy and very argumentative. Needs major improvement.

Sometimes there can be 3 tellers working & end up waiting because theyre too busy watching tv sports event. Today, it was only 1 person working with the tv blaring. He deposited my cash/cks in my checking after I requested savings. Maybe turn down the damn tv so you can hear your customers.

Very convenient, Very Very friendly workers at the Gautier and D'lberville Branches. I'm sure the other branches would be almost as friendly. The workers treat you like you are important unlike the big name banks in Ocean Springs and Biloxi. Nice to do banking with Woodforest especially after shopping and getting aggravated at Walmart.
