Consumer Beware!!! I took my iPad in because the charge port was broke. Justin Johnsey (Owner) quoted a price of $119 to fix it and $20 for shipping because he wouldn't be able to fix it in house. Was told it would take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to get it back. Paid the $50 deposit we were asked to pay and left. 2 weeks later Justin called to tell me that the place he shipped it to has fixed the charge port and have already shipped it back, but they broke my screen. Apparently, because he shipped it to them with my screen on it, they will not be replacing the screen (they broke). sounded crazy to me but whatever. It wasn't until a few more minutes into the conversation that I realized he was telling me that he wanted me to pay for it. He said that he wasn't making any money off of this. I proceeded to tell him that I was not going to pay for someone else's negligence and i hope that when I pickup my iPad the screen will be fixed. I am only paying the amount he quoted. 1 week later he called to say that my iPad is in, fixed, and I can come get it it. I was only partially paying attention when he gave my husband the amount. I heard the amount but thought that was the total without the deposit. my husband was a bit confused about the price and was questioning him, but I told him that was what we were quoted, and Justin said that I was correct. $119 to fix it and $20 for shipping. continuing on with our conversation while paying Justin also said the company also charged him for shipping the item back. once we got in the car my husband said that it cost $200 to fix my iPad. that didn't sound right. I asked how much he paid when we went in there to pick it up and he said $149.86. I told my husband that, that was incorrect because he put $50 down. Husband went the next day to get a refund and was refused. In the end. we ended up paying for a screen that he was responsible for and the extra shipping we were not quoted. I will not be back to this place!
