Wow, I’ve never been spoken to so rudely at any public establishment, much less a UPS store.
Also, they charge $7.49 to print a label for an Amazon return! What in the world? I just moved here from another state and I could always easily print a label in store for like 10 cents! They said, “Well it’s a franchise.” Okay, so I’ll be taking my business to any other UPS franchise from now on. Enjoy running off your customers. Worst customer service ever.

First return needed box
How is a 8x11 small card board box $20? Unethical.
Second return I had my own box. UNFORTUNATELY
I was sent to another location because the box brought with me had a small amount of rain water in… instead of the worker offering me a new box she instead told me they would not take it and that I need to go to another location?
I went to the UPS in Diberville and they happily took my package/same box as is with no hassle.
Your worker at this location was more worried about being right vs doing the right thing. Your worker costed one of your consumers 2 hrs of meaningless wasted time.

I would like to give a big thanks to Haley who works at this store.
She helped me tremendously with my packaging and shipping issues and did so very professionally. Plus, she had a big smile on her face and a "help the customer" attitude I rarely see anymore.
I'd also like to mention the other young lady working there (didn't get her name) who was dealing with a customer that wasn't even sure of the address she was sending a package to. This young lady waited patiently for approximately 10 minutes for the customer to search her phone for the address she wanted the package to go to and never showed any signs of frustration or any other negative attitude towards the woman. She offered to help the lady in anyway she could to resolve the issue and eventually, problem solved. I wish there were more employees like these two young ladies out there. An example to be emulated!!

I would like for the owner to reach out to me Regarding service and reimbursement for services not supplied , management said they would contact owner, that they could not be authorized at the time to issue refunds, I don’t believe that happened nor will they give out a number. Poor management, lack of knowledge and training, $242 paid for services not even allowed , manager should have known package would never go to a PO Box in another country, they are the experts Not my 70-year-old mother

I gave the lady specific instructions on the address to Mile two the address that I had been mailing to for the last 10 times I instructed the lady to mail it to the last place. I mailed it to and then said the Conyers Georgia address there was two addresses that I had mailed to Conyers, Georgia and Villa Rica, Georgia, I instructed her to send it to the Conyers Georgia. She sent it to the Villa address which calls My Son time sensitive material to be sold so now I’m out $500 and she still got her job. Incompetent millennial wants $15 an hour and ain’t even worth it to go back to my minimum wage

I was not able to return my item today because the UPS associate there wanted me to buy another box so I can put a box in a box and in my Amazon app it said no packaging needed or label or you need to QR code I would not be going there Wasted my time!

Have never had a bad experience here until today. Manager was rude for no reason. I am always kind and polite everywhere I go because I know how it is working with people. I asked simple questions, if it was fine to send a notarized paper myself because it was super expensive to have them send it. I figure someone that notarizes things should know the answer to that. She retorted “ I don’t know, it’s not my paper” in a rude tone. Completely uncalled for. This place needs someone that doesn’t hate their job and takes it out on nice customers.

Went inside the Ocean Springs store in March 2023, no other customers were in there but me. Three female employees were there near the registers with one of them in front of the register where I was standing. I waited what seemed over 5 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. I felt invisible. Then before I was acknowledged another customer came in after me and was helped before I was. Zero stars if I could give them. Unfriendly, terrible customer service! In hindsight, I should have known better when I called for their email address and she seemed to hardly care to make sure I got it. I was having trouble hearing her and understanding her. I had to ask several times for it. I know they can do better!
