I've only had positive results with Tim's automotive been knowing him for years he's always shot straight and told me what the problem was before he fixed it and before I spent any money . And I always found him to be honest and fair and if money was ever an issue he usually works with you . And he's always done really good work .

We ask for a diagnosis and before he did any work to please call us BEFORE fixing it. Then replied with "I don't remember you saying that". I find this completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. Any Quick Lube place is more honest than this business will ever be. I took my car in for a repair because it was shaking quite a bit at highway speeds. I was told the struts were bad. That right there should have been a red flag but because I went to the same place before a few years ago (with success) I tried them again. Bad idea. Struts were replaced and the car is still shaking. I spent $600 on a strut replacement that was NOT necessary. Called him and told him I'm out of money from the last repair. He says not to worry about it. Took the car back and now he says the front right tire is bad. Wants more money to replace and install the tire. I don't know if I should even believe this guy at this point. He told me not to worry about money and now he wants more $$$? If you have even half of a brain cell left in your noggin, take your vehicle ELSEWHERE!

The check engine light was on in my 2010 Subaru Forester so I took it in to Tim's to see if they could help me. I had previously taken it to Advanced Auto, where they told me the problem was likely with the catalytic converter. The knowledgeable staff at Tim's told me right off the bat that probably wasn't the issue and they'd look into it. They cleaned out the throttle valve for me and now the check engine light's off and my car's back to running like it used to. And to top it off, when I went to pick it up they didn't even charge me for it. "We just cleaned the throttle valve," Tim said. "Happy to help." What a great establishment. I'd recommend these fellas to anyone.

We've been going Tim's for the past 10-15 years. There are multiple times where we took our vehicles to Tim and he'd call us in the afternoon to say, oh it was something little *car talk jibberish*, there's no charge. He's also honest and has told us before, I can work on it but you'd be better to take this problem to the dealer or some other place that specializes in this issue. This is a family owned / operated business and when you go in the shop, they make you feel like one of their own.

This man is Dishonest please do yourself a favor and have a second opinion i spent a lot of money there and never got my vehicle running i Paid almost a thousand dollars and got my vehicle back in worst shape then i sent it in when i returned i was lied to about the actual problem.declined to pay another $500.00 to have it actually fixed and took it somewhere else the next mechanic could not find my new $500.00 problem it did not exist it was a lie so in conclusion i will warn you one more time do not trust this business they will take all they can get from you.
