Purchased a VW CC a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it. Chris and Evelyn are so nice and easy to work with. I was promised a new driver tire (low profile tire) during the purchase due to a slow leak and ended up with 2 new front tires thanks to Chris. He is definitely a man of his word. The vehicle has not given me any mechanical issues and if it ever does I will definitely visit the Auto Connect for all my repair needs!!

I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat se when we first test drove it everything seemed to be fine other than the belt tensioner making a loud noise, a few weeks later I had to replace the starter, the battery and a few other things because the car wouldn’t start. After a week of working on it myself I sent it back to Chris not knowing what to do, he had my car for a month claimed to have fixed the problem then a week later my car was doing the same thing he charged me $2200 now I’m back with the same problem “button for drivers assistant system defective” is what is causing my problem and Chris seemed to have no idea what to do, unprofessional for how much you charge your customers!

Since i don’t have an Audi dealership nearby, I called the Volkswagen dealership for help since they are essentially the same car but they refused to diagnose my car and recommended The Auto Connect. I’m glad they did because the service was exceptional. They were a little backed up, but my car was diagnosed correctly and fixed. Unfortunately it was an ECU as the main problem, it could have been a man-hours nightmare but Chris and his team identified the problem and we got it corrected and back on the road. I can only imagine what the cost could have been at a dealership. I’m sure I paid way less than that. Thank you and I will be a repeat customer when the time is needed.

I have a 2007 audi q7 that I have been restoring. I had been looking for a foreign auto mechanic close to me and found auto Connect. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome they are. They let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle while inviting me in to the mechanics shop to show me what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I was able to see their computer diagnostics and also see my old parts once removed. I am a single mother that works very hard and they allowed me a few weeks to leave my automobile while paying them before I could pick it up with no extra charge. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs foreign car repairs. My vehicle runs great and anytime I have a problem they are there for me. Also prices are sufficient. They can order used or new parts and give you a breakdown of cost.

Auto connect and their staff helped me out so much I could not have asked for a better company to go through! They are so friendly and really care about their customers and try to help you as much as possible!. My car engine went out Saturday and by Thursday they had me approved and in a new car.
