This store is so amazing and all of the staff is so nice and friendly! Savo was the one helping us, and he was very friendly and personable. Savo was really great at making recommendations without being pushy or making it seem like we needed more than what we asked for. He was very good at multitasking, making conversation, and answering any questions we had. Marina was also very helpful and helped me figure out my iPhone, as that was the phone I was switching to after being a long time android user. I highly recommend asking for either of them! Thank y’all for the great customer service!

No service offered at all to look up my account to verify my devices still on their network or not. 4 people standing around trying not to work. I know customer service in the wireless genre isn't a career but don't go into customer service if you're not wanting to service anyone.

I had to replace my phone recently. I really loved my phone so I wasn’t too excited about getting a new one. I had to go after work so I was tired. Marina and all the sales reps were awesome. She made sure I had everything I needed and even provided me a few options for things I hadn’t considered. I can’t recommend them enough; they were really a fun team to interact with.

Employee signed us up for “free watches “ promo. There was no promo! He no longer works there. They wouldn’t do anything to help. Corporate can’t help because this location is privately owned. Best advice is to do everything possible over the computer or phone with a corporate representative. Management was zero help just rude!

The guy today literally did nothing. He played on his phone and was completely detached from the reality of working. He considered his self the assistant manager. He would finish playing a game in his phone, it was loud, before he answered you. I brought my son back to see how bad he was and he was worse!

Never tell a customer that the phone they like sucks and you would never buy it, the customers don't need your personal opinion(only if they customers ask) they need your help and answers about the phones they choose, specs and services... and don't let your customer do the job of comparing phones for you, if that's your job.

I have been in this store many times. Always had good service. Yesterday went in and not so good. All i needed was a case and stood at the counter for 25 minutes. Two employees were with customers. Totally understand. Manager walks out and walks right by me. Goes up to people that are just waiting for people that are purchasing and starts talking to them. Then proceeds to walk right by me twice and never acknowledged me at all. Left and went to c spire and had a case in 2 minutes it was really sad since we have been T Mobile customers for many many years.

Was only in town for a few days to visit my mom and get her a new phone set up on my account with T-Mobile. She was currently with someone else and on a prepaid plan. So a whole lot going on there with switching sims, transferring phone numbers and carriers and all that. Izabelle assisted me through the whole process and I feel like she truly went out of her way to make sure everything was right and we were able to get past any roadblocks. She got me out of there quickly, made my mom happy and was patient and positive through the whole thing. We need a lot more people like this doing retail. Thank you!

They keep closing early!! This is the second time but Yesterday specifically 9/7/23 I pulled up to the store at exactly 6:40PM check the cameras..The door was locked but the hours on the door stated they close at 8pm..I saw 3 female workers inside. Two black females & one white or hispanic I'm not sure but I saw them taking the cash drawer to the back when I pulled up so I called...they didn't answer the first time as I'm literally looking at the employees so I call again..I see the white or his hispanic female answer the phone..I ask why they are closing early & she proceeded to tell me that they have been closing early due to training..so if you are closing early for training why not put a note?? 3 store employees & everyone is doing training at the same time? I highly doubt any training was going on..Do better T-Mobile! Customers expect the T-Mobile stores to run at business hours posted on the door! Training shouldn't require the store to close over an hour early!
