“These mini warehouses are a little bit off the beaten path, but they're no less than their competitors, as far as price and 5 star service ! Andrea the manager is a pleasure to talk to very down to earth and realistic . Willing to go the extra mile to make her tenants happy and make your move in or move out as painless as possible , since moving can be such a stressful time anyway !!! Bill pay is super simple and if you do have trouble someone is always just a phone call away and always willing to help . Give'em a call they operate a few different locations and they're always waiting to provide 5 star service for a great price.”
“We moved out Saturday, February 3, 2024 and contacted Handy Lock by phone as there was no one at the office.
Our next bill payment is due 2/10/24. We were told because we did not give ten days notice that we would have to make the payment on 2/10/24.
I am disappointed that seven days notice would not be enough to waive payment on a unit we emptied today.
This is the only negative I have in my history with Handy Lock Storage of needing units for temporary storage in multiple cities this past year.”

“I picked up my U-haul rental here and received proper help on getting it set up. The guy even asked if I wanted to come pick up the auto transport separately, which made so much sense I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of it originally. So came back the next day after the truck was stuffed full and met by two nice ladies. They were very helpful in towing the auto transport for me to connect the truck to and helped with that connection. They also pointed out a few other tips that helped make the trip more successful. As a cherry on top, this facility adopted a stray cat that is so friendly to the customers and adds the right vibe to the place. Give my regards to Pancake, the star of this location!”

“Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. After an unforeseen circumstance, I had to move out of my apartment within 2 days and needed a space to store all of my belongings until I move into my next place. The girls up front helped me secure my unit, with a padlock provided, within 15 minutes.”
