Do NOT use Sandi's Pet Grooming!!!! They are an unprofessional business that deserves to be completely shut down. I have taken my dog, Lupe, to their Gautier location for grooming over the past few months, and decided to board her for two nights while on a trip. We got a call this afternoon saying that Animal Control was shutting down the facilities because they did not have a license to board pets, and that if we didn't pick up Lupe ASAP, she'd be sent to the shelter. We trusted them to keep her safe and unfortunately they couldn't do that, along with many other pets being boarded there.Who opens boarding facilities and charges clients without a proper license to do so? What if I was farther away? What if I didn't have family nearby to drop everything and pick her up before the remaining animals were taken to a shelter? What if I missed the emergency call, and my animal was given away to someone else? Totally unprofessional, unreliable and negligent and they've now put many animals in danger, whose owners entrusted them with proper care. We'll never be using them for ANY services and hope you don't trust them with your pets either! They are totally unethical!

Our dog was left to board at Sandi' grooming center. Midway through our trip, we were notified that Animal Control was shutting down the business because they did not have a license to board animals. Luckily we had other family close by to pickup our dog. Otherwise, they would have taken her to a shelter. Beware using Sandi's Pet Grooming too. From talking to others about this situation, the owner has been running a very unethical, and now illegal business. I do not recommend this business at all. They put us in an incredibly bad situation, which could have resulted in our dog being taken away. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! F-

Absolutely the best and most reasonable groomers around!!!My dog shakes his 1” tail frantically when we pull up out front.

They recently took care of my three dogs for a weekend. I had no problems booking the stay, and my dogs looked fine when I got them back.

I think that they have new groomers now.They did an amazing job on my yorkies. The first experience a couple of years ago was not that good but this time they listened and killed the assignment. Thanks guys.

Sarah did such a great job grooming my kitty, Hope. It can be a stressful experience for our fur babies when they go to the groomer but Hope came home bathed, shaved and relaxed. ?Hope and I will be definitely visiting Ms. Sarah again. Thank you Sarah! ❤️❤️
