Do not I repeat do not store anything here. If I could leave negative stars I would, it was a terrible 1 month experience. The people that run it told me that they have a meth head problem and units being broken into. I was evicted within my first month for using the water there at the gate. There’s no sign that says not to use it. They claimed that people have been making drugs in their units. Basically I was accused of being a drug manufacturer for getting a few gallons of water. They use call center in India for all communications and we know how frustrating that is in itself. They almost got away with taking everything I own. Luckily some showed up and let me in the gate before the changed my lock. I highly recommended paying a little bit more and not having to deal with these people. All in all it’s probably a blessing in disguise that I got asked to leave. Your things are not safe here either from the risk of crackheads or the actual owners. A place for crooks ran by crooks .

Just reserved and rented a unit with Radiant. Guillian was very pleasant and precise with the information and instructions concerning the application process. She made my decision to move in earlier than plan a done deal with a breeze. Thanks Guillian

Front gate broken, came apart at opening. Arm came off gate. Placed code to open, gate opened and arm unbolted from gate. Price was great. Pre-application was a breeze. Very helpful over phone.

Someone who works they that has access to our lock key went into our unit and stole about 10k worth of stuff. We went to get stuff out of our storage opened the lock, nothing suspicious until we opened it to see it thrashed and all our stuff missing. And no one seems to help or give us any information no video footage, nothing!!! Clearly an inside job and this is probably not this first time!! The unit is under my husbands name and yess he’s called and still no answer or help from anyone

The property isn’t gated, accessible to all. My unit was broken into (within 3wks) & no one contacted me or reported it to the their customer support team/company. The cop said the camera was pointed towards the wall, so not helpful & clearly not monitored.Don’t be a penny pincher, the cheap rate is exactly what u get, sketchy place & u roll the dice with your stuff. Idk if it would’ve helped, but use their lock, then your unit may look unoccupied.

The new owners have imposed some inconveniences since taking over that have had a off putting and adverse effect on what used to be the best storage facility in Ocean Springs. They were affordable and the couple that lived on property were very kind and helpful. And being right there on property was a major plus as opposed to the new Proprietor living in Florida . They refuse to take any cash payments which put several people in a bind , because not everyone has a checking account or direct deposit. And if people are doing their best to pay their bills during these trying times since Covid and now the outrageous cost of everything with inflation, people may not have enough money to pay that extra money to buy a prepaid card, not to mention the extra hassle of having to drive ( extra gas) to a store wait in line and then hope that the cashier and or management are even trained and able to add the money to your card or that their point of sales system is not down or any number of things that go along with the territory. Plus their business practices do leave something to be desired. When the new owners took over the was no pre warning, however they did allow a small grace period for everyone to assimilate to the no cash rule , that being said all of the sudden the contract that the renter actually signed with the old owner was now null and void and the new contract became effective without the ability to read and or sign the new contract. It just went into effect. With several changes and revisions unbeknownst to most tenants as they sent out one single mailing and that was all the notice that was given. So if you missed that Mailing then that was your bad luck. Also if you had the misfortune of falling behind they put your unit up for auction and the tenant is still responsible for paying the arrearage. So they make double the money.
