**New Review**
My daughter has been getting mediocre hair service for ridiculous amounts of money from other salons on Gulf Coast but she just went to Queens and got her hair done for way less and it came out phenomenal. I will be posting pics!! Incredible color and top tier service. GO SEE MARCY WARNING. She is beyond amazing!
I'm so glad that Queens now offers salon services.
Manager was extremely nice and fixed a problem we had...we always come to Queens for nails and pedicures.

First time visiting today. I received a Deluxe Pedicure and I and very pleased with the service. I highly recommend and I will be back again.

My experience here was amazing. They allowed me to come here within the last 40 minutes of the spa being closed and at no point did I feel rushed when I got there. They took their time on attending to my feet and nails provided me with some herbal tea and great conversation… Dealing with nail salons one of the most important things is customer service and quality and this spa had both.

Since they opened the new location on 90 in OS I have been there twice-both times have been excellent experiences with Kyle. He is fast, super thorough, and the experience feels luxurious and not rushed. I told him what I wanted: short gel nails with square rounded shape and he listened, checked in with me to make sure it was the way I wanted, and did a great job. Definitely book with Kyle! He is phenomenal.

I LOVE Queen’s!!! I have been going for many many years now & I refuse to go anywhere else. Queen’s on Washington has done my homecoming nails, prom nails, work nails, festival/parade nails all the way to my everyday nails! I’m never disappointed or dissatisfied with my service, or if you don’t like the color, size or shape they will fix it in a jiffy! Queen’s is my 2nd home & my 2nd family nobody can replace! :)

Cleanliness: Queen’s is always squeaky clean when I go get a service. They have the most beautiful details in the salon including statues, pretty wall art, bright LED’s, flowers, chandeliers & a gorgeous photo backdrop!

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and never had any issues, everyone was always very welcoming and did a great job with my nails. Last time however I had a pretty bad experience. This is what my nails looked like 5 days after having them done. The nail tech used leftover lotion from the pedicure and the same tools too, which I, unfortunately, noticed too late, as it was a health violation. I appreciate the manager and the other nail tech trying to fix the situation, but needless to say, I’ll be getting my manicure done somewhere else from now on.

Such a great place! I have been getting my lash extensions done since January and Caroline is amazing. She takes her time, makes conversation, not to mention the nice nap you get during the process ? she makes your fill look like a brand new set!
I also got my nails done here for the first time here and my nail tech was awesome. I believe Kassie was her name. She was so sweet and made conversation with me, didn’t rush, offered me a drink, etc. This will definitely be my new nail place
Tien did my nails this time and she’s amazing too! Made sure the whole time I liked everything about my nails.

Tien(t) did my nails they are super cute but my dad didnt like the design so i came back and she fixed them for me real quick and they still looked cute! her application and shaping is perfect! love!

Tien did my nails exactly as asked! The first photo is what I asked for and the second is what I received! She was a great conversationalist and even recommended things for me! Overall great experience!
