The employees are extremely professional. yesterday there was a extremely rude and belligerent customer came in to return a part. customer walks and demands a refund. he stated he installed the part but it didn't fix his problem. now granted it he is shouting and cussing at the employee and other customers. he refused to to allow the employee to talk as he tried to de-escalate the situation. The employee gave the customer the time the manager would be in today and corporates number. the employee remained calm and polity asked the customer to leave. because of the scene he was causing. 10 out 10 love the way he handled the situation.

Ordered several parts over the last few months including a battery, cabin air filters and spark plugs and the orders were always correct and available when promised. Friendly, polite service which is much appreciated in today's world!

Went in to get a lug nut, as one fell off. I mentioned it in passing, and the store manager, Elijan Beeson, told me that either something was wrong with my wheels, or someone was loosening them. I rotate my own tires. After I bought the lug nut he went out to my car with me and showed me how to tighten my wheels properly using the star pattern method, by applying it to all four wheels. His advice might’ve saved me from a crash: I purchased the lug nut by bringing in one I took off my front tire. It pretty much just came off in my hand. Needless to say I am very grateful.

My battery was dead and parts corroded. I needed help and Mr. Elgin helped me get my car started, charged battery and put new parts - all with a big smile on his face. ❤️ I will always be a loyal customer! ? Thank you everyone at O.S. O'Reilly!
