I've been going to Nail Bliss for several years. The last few times I have been it has not been a good experience. Today was awful. Over the past year they have hired several new people and I honestly don't think they know what they are doing. My nail beds actually hurt from the over use of the drill and file. The worst part was the lady doing my nails actually cut my pinky and I was bleeding. She didn't do anything and I was not even offered a discount. I won't be returning. There are several other nail salons in OS and I will go to one of those.

Just depends on who does your nails. Mine were terrible from one of the gentlemen. Multiple finger cuts, misshapen, uneven chrome, and everytime I've been there they don't push back or cut cuticles.

Lien is absolutely amazing. She refilled my nails and didn’t even have to ask many questions except if I wanted them the same way. She even knew the color of the polish without having to ask me. She is the sweetest and her price point is better than any other salon I’ve used.I will be back!

As great of a job my first nail did, I went back thinking it would be just as great! Needless to say, the nail tech I got was complete garbage! Stayed on her phone speaking to with her earbuds the entire time and did a terrible job on my nails! Not to add she charged me extra on her own...I had the same service done there before for $20 cheaper! I still tipped and stayed respectful, but I will never let her touch me again! Complete disgrace!!
