In the past 3 months I have been hit 2 times and each time I took my truck to Mustang Alley Body Works and they did a fantastic job repairing and painting my truck. They make you feel like family and Darren is great to work with. I recommend this body shop to anyone and you won't regret it.

The owner met with me the day before I dropped the truck off, told me he would do this and that for $1k… next day came to drop the truck off and restated what we agreed on the day prior and for some reason over night he had forgotten everything. He then re-quoted price on the spot at $2600 leaving me speechless… I was going to turn away and just take my truck home but his men had already started. Huge let down.

This body shop is amazing! They are better than any dealership and fixed the issues on my 2019 Genesis in one day after 3 unsuccessful trips to the Genesis dealership in Daphne (don’t go there if you can help it but that’s another story). Mustang Alley where the prices the fair, the people are friendly, and they get the work done timely. Truly, they saved my car when it was “not fixable” said Genesis. (The experts on my make) what bull****. Oh and Mustang Alley charged me no diagnostic fees like Genesis did 3 separate times where they did nothing but made the problem worse. Go to Mustang Alley and see Darrin. This will be your one and only car shop. They know everyone around the area. They are car experts themselves. You will fall in love with Mustang Alley and the Mustang Alley cats. You can’t go wrong with a guy who loves animals. ?

Called for service Monday. Part was ordered and replaced Tuesday. Excellent and efficient job reparing my little car and everyone was so incredibly friendly. Also, the cost was less than half of dealer quote! Highly recommend!!!

We were in a wreck heading to Pensacola from Louisiana. Our truck was towed to Mustang Alley. I have to say the customer service and professionalism helped make a bad situation go smoother than we could have imagined. When we were able to pick our truck up, after they fixed it, it was good as new!

Highly recommend Mustang Alley! Took one day to have the damage repaired on our Jeep Wrangler for a very fair price. Darin the owner is freindly and true to his word. Hopefully, we will not need a body shop any time soon but if we do, Mustang Alley will be the place we go to. Thank You Darin and Crew!

VERY Disappointed and Do NOT recommend!!! M.A. did not prep and just painted over some rust on the top of my vehicle and did not fill in a long scratch on the back. We were told we would hardly be able to see the repairs once done. Well you can certainly see painted over rust and a painted foot long scratch. We also had our grill repaired and painted. It looked good for less than a month and then the paint started cracking around the screw areas. So the white cracks were Very unsightly on a solid black grill! The owner did NOT accept responsibility, was rude and essentially tried to "bully" and threaten us... even though, based on what the work order Clearly stated, M.A. did not even remotely do what we agreed to! We were on the verge of having to take them to court, but settled on a much lower price. Based on our experience, we would NEVER use Mustang Alley Body Works again!!!
