“My sole purpose today was to see if I could make a miracle happen. My damaged phone is beyond repair, and I came here to see if I could pick up a replacement device using my Asurion claim. The guys at the counter couldn't help much but offer to let me use the desk phone to contact the insurer after about a 20 minute call and an indefinite answer from them I hang the phone up and decided to call again later. The guys at the desk kept a great attitude and provided excellent service to not only me, but every customer who stepped through the door.”

He LISTENED and took the time to understand what the issue was, and I believe he did everything in his power to solve the problem.Had a problem with the Verizon family app. He ended up having to send us to the Diberville store because they should be able to go farther into our account then he could.(That was not a good experience, I don't know if I will go back to that store)He is now my go-to for everything Verizon!”

“My first time in this place I made an honest mistake and walked straight into the women's restroom. After remarking how progressive it was that they didn't have any urinals, I did my business in one of the stalls (all of which have tall and low privacy walls). Once a couple of women started chit-chatting at the sinks I realized my mistake and briskly exited saying "Oops" while one of the ladies exclaimed "That was a dude!" Thankfully security didn't try to apprehend me and force me to make up some nonsense excuse about identifying as a woman. They even let me shop there afterwards unmolested. Best Walmart ever!!!”
