I’ve known Mary for over 30 years. She has been doing my taxes since 2002. She is professional accurate and always helpful with any questions. Sharon who works in her office is awesome. She is good at her job and a loyal employee from what I see. I highly recommend Mary’s tax service for their professionalism accuracy and informative tax services.

I’ve known Mrs.Mary all my life. She has done my fathers taxes and now she does mine. I love her office and staff very nice and friendly. Will be going back as long as she’s in business.

The worst tax experience of my entire life. Was told by Sharon Beaugez Malbury, whom I graduated high school with, in one conversation many many times over that I did NOT have to file taxes only to find out through Mary Adams, tax preparer (not CPA), that yes, indeed, I had to file for reasons I had thought. To receive a return call via voicemail from Ms Malbury that the office would be happy to file my taxes a different way. After much upset and anxiety, I called Mr. Brian Adams just now to make an appointment according to HIS schedule. My first attempt at phoning Mr. Adams was unsuccessful as I was hung up on by their employee, Ms. Malbury. I called back and spoke to Mr. Adams, who has been exceptionally nice to me throughout this awful process, and was told in no uncertain terms that the office would be closed on the 15th. Tax deadline line filing date, no less. Out all morning he said and no promises for the afternoon. I have Dr appointments with Neurologist, Primary Care, Psychiatrist, Dental appointments along with Optometrist. I do not get a sense of security with this office and would not recommend anyone else trust them with tax preparation. Hence, why they have 3.2 stars out of 5.
When you see that your spouses name is misspelled and bring it to their attention, I was told by Mr. Adams that my spouse gave them the wrong spelling and that’s how Mary has been doing it for years and years.
I am a Real Estate of 23 yrs and have years and years of experience with payroll taxes as well as multimillion dollar 1099S reporting to the IRS. If a client brought an error to my attention, I would handle it professionally. To date, I have never made a mistake.
Just great. I arrive home and am carefully inspecting my return and Mary Ross has checked the box “Married - Filing Separate Returns.” I just hope this can and will be corrected by her with an amended return. What else?

Have been using Mary's Tax Service for a very long time. The previous post sounds like someone who runs an alternative Service and is simply trash talking them. We have had issues with the IRS and Mary's stood behind us and took care of the problem. We will continue to use Mary's in the future and trust them enormously.

Very fast and easy and kind staff. However, I had a lot of problems because my taxes weren't made correctly. Because they do your taxes so fast they don't put enough attention to the details. I won't do my taxes with them anymore.
