My daughter has lived in the zone from the first day! The after school kids get to play loads of games, and all of the counselors are wonderful!

My son went here his entire schooling and loved it. I now have another child there and she too loves it! I am very grateful for all they do, as it's not an easy job im sure! I highly recommend this place! We love Jessica upfront and Devin! Great job!!

My family moved to the area in August. Both my husband and I are essential workers. I am a high school teacher, and he works in the funeral business. Today our son was kicked out of IN THE ZONE INFANT CARE for biting. He doesn’t understand he is hurting his classmates. The provider can’t discipline, and by the time I pick him up, I can’t really do much to remind him and punish him for his wrongs. He was out of school on a Monday due to electrical outage at the center. Tuesday and Wednesday there was no incident. Today he bit someone and the center called and gave me 1 hour to pick him up and told me he could no longer be taken there. I pay $160 a week. We have never been late on payment. We have never been late to pick up. We have been supportive of his suspensions for biting in the past when they sent him home for 3 days for the same reason. I am at a loss at where to take him at such short notice. I am saddened that he will have to make another adjustment. I am infuriated that adults can’t separate and supervise toddlers. The caretaker has said the child (children) he bites does instigate my son on occasion, but because there isn’t a bite, those bumps and slaps don’t have to be recorded. The manager, Cassie, won’t return our calls when we requested to sit down to come up with a plan of action for our son prior to today’s incident. There are no good or bad babies in this world, just adults who can’t do what they are paid to do. I wrote this post to make those aware of my issues with IN THE ZONE. Perfect babies and children are probably welcomed here, so you better hope your child doesn’t have a rough few weeks. You will be like us, searching for a new place in less than 24 hours.

I have absolutely no issue dropping my child off or worrying about her during the day. Her teachers are the best of the best and I trust them 100%.
