Extremely horrible experience
My daughter was getting married in three days. I made an appointment several days ahead and they did not even care. The lady was in the middle of doing my daughter’s nails just left her to do a bikini wax and switched her to a lady that kept repeating my daughter’s fingers were crooked fingers! She started to complain to my daughter how she works 6 days a week and how she tells people all the time to let her do her job and relax while doing the dip powder. She called me crazy when I was picking out my color and told me your nail polish won’t last until Saturday and then I said I want gel. She said that is the gel over there. I am extremely upset and will never return. That was a special time between me and my daughter before she got married and that is what I have to remember!!

Had a wonderful experience here :) my technician asked a lot of questions about what I wanted for the final result and really listened to me. Love how my nails turned out!
They also painted my two year old’s nails and made it such a fun experience for her.
We’ll definitely be back!

This is the worst nail shop I been to in my life . I had an appointment and still had to wait over a hour and still had to just leave. I will never go back again

Le was great !!!! It's my new place To visit when I feel like being pampered nice clean atmosphere absolutely no complaints with my visit. Lee made me feel very welcome.

More than five stars and worth the money! Salon is immaculate and the menu of services provided is incredible! Kahan did a fabulous and professional job on my hands and feet and I'm looking forward to my next visit. ???

Best nail place in the area.... Ask for Vincent when you go in... Hands down the best on hands and feet... Really takes his time and gets the job done. Will def be back when I'm in the area???

Vincent is a perfectionist. His primary concern was how satisfied I was with the manicure. He took great care to shape my nails. He has a fantastic personality.

Asked for a ballerina/coffin mix shape. I got square. Asked for an ombré glitter out to other nails, the lady got irritated and said she couldn't. Then grabbed loose glitter not matching and rubbed it all over my nail and i said i didn't want it because it didn't match. She got mad and grabbed the alcohol and rubbed my entire painted nails off taking the original metallic off the first coat. Then took the original glitter and painted my whole nail and i said that's not what i wanted and she started yelling in another language and i said i just want them plain colored and I'd go somewhere else bc if you weren't able to do this it's fine, but I'll go somewhere they can. She got mad and yanked my hand away from my chest and started throwing a clear coat on it completely sloppy and i told her the paint is now different and matte and my other hand is metallic. She started yelling again and the manager offered to help. He was nice but now it's two different styles on both hands. I've already been there for two and a half hours. And he offered to completely start over but I'm so embarrassed and belittled because now I'm the problem the lady got an attitude when I nicely asked and told her it wasn't what I wanted. (I also showed pictures). Then i was still charged full price and and was not apologized to and now still having to pay to get my entire nail set done somewhere else. 17 years I've been going there and now won't ever be back after be charged that for messed up nails, being yelled at and treated so wrong all bc i spoke up for myself politely.

There is not enough space to explain how HORRIBLE the experience my daughter and I had at this place. EXTREMELY rude & Unprofessional cashier - she kept trying to overcharge us (for someone else's service) , She couldn't add up the correct service we got - and wanted to argue with me - when not only my daughter, another customer not with us, and another employee kept telling her we did not get all the services she was trying to charge us. The place was dirty, they didn't offer us any water yet offered water to other customers, they knew we were new to the place, but didn't seem to care to try to make a good impression. Another lady came in with a small child and sat for over an hour - to never be given service, she left, and now I know why other customers who left in the middle of their service - upset. The work was horrible ! How are you trying to charge over $350.00 for 2 pedicures, and 1 manicure ? for only 2 people ? I am from California and they dont even charge that much ! NEVER GOING BACK and DO NOT COME HERE it was the worse experience I have had in a nail salon. I don't have a problem with paying for manicures and pedicures but not almost $350 !! and we didn't get any luxury extra services ! Please get the health department in there asap - its not a clean environment. Even the lasty sitting next to me, said she had never seen this place get so bad, and she left really upset after arguing with the same cashier .

Nails and toes came out fine. They are a little thin so I hope they don’t break. The main concern is the price. $91 for a regular pedicure and SNS dip. Outrageous prices. Won’t be back.

My husband and I stopped in for pedicures from out of town. Julia went above and beyond and took care of my ingrown. She took her time and I was very appreciative of that because ingrowns are painful, I’m also sensitive to pain. Highly recommend Julia if you need a patient and gentle nail tech. We will be back! Thank your for your great customer service.
