“I didn't get the guys name, but he knew his stuff. He LISTENED and took the time to understand what the issue was, and I believe he did everything in his power to solve the problem.Had a problem with the Verizon family app. He ended up having to send us to the Diberville store because they should be able to go farther into our account then he could.(That was not a good experience, I don't know if I will go back to that store)He is now my go-to for everything Verizon!”

“This store is so amazing and all of the staff is so nice and friendly! Savo was the one helping us, and he was very friendly and personable. Savo was really great at making recommendations without being pushy or making it seem like we needed more than what we asked for. He was very good at multitasking, making conversation, and answering any questions we had. Marina was also very helpful and helped me figure out my iPhone, as that was the phone I was switching to after being a long time android user. I highly recommend asking for either of them! Thank y’all for the great customer service!”

“It's a good place for those who don't have the money to buy the stuff up front but do you end up paying more for it in the long run. We bought a TV that was originally like $350 and we ended up paying like $1,000 for it over time. So it's good in some ways and bad in some ways. If you're low on money but can make down payments every month then this is the place for you but if you already have the money saved up and can buy it out right then don't go here”

I have been there on several occasions and have noticed how polite and patient he is, not only to the customers but also to his team workers. I highly recommend going to Cricket, they have fabulous customer service.”
