“It's a good place for those who don't have the money to buy the stuff up front but do you end up paying more for it in the long run. We bought a TV that was originally like $350 and we ended up paying like $1,000 for it over time. So it's good in some ways and bad in some ways. If you're low on money but can make down payments every month then this is the place for you but if you already have the money saved up and can buy it out right then don't go here”
“I didn't get the guys name, but he knew his stuff. He LISTENED and took the time to understand what the issue was, and I believe he did everything in his power to solve the problem.Had a problem with the Verizon family app. He ended up having to send us to the Diberville store because they should be able to go farther into our account then he could.(That was not a good experience, I don't know if I will go back to that store)He is now my go-to for everything Verizon!”
