Took my son’s tux out of the garment bag to get him dressed for Cotillion tonight and noticed his bottom button on his vest was hanging by a string. When I went to button it on him it fell off. He put his pants on and there’s a hole in the left pocket that his hand fit through. Called and spoke to the manager who was very nice but told me if he would’ve tried it on there they would have fixed the issues. True, but why should I have to inspect to make sure the product I rented wasn’t shabby? Lesson learned.

Stopped in today to look for a dress to wear for my upcoming 2nd wedding. Devoe (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) was AMAZING!!!! We probably tried on 20 dresses and through talking to us and listening to what we were looking for, she managed to pick out the perfect dress that I had probably walked by 12 times. could not be happier with my experience. It was relaxed, no pressure, and not rushed. We had fun, she was honest about if something looked right, etc. I'm over the moon happy.

This place does not know how to do there job. I came and rented the whole package for prom for 230$ and ended up having to go to buy and shirt and another pair of shoes which was another 120 because nothing fit! I called them to let them know and they said there was nothing they could do about it...well here what you can do..YOUR JOB!

She was very rude when I went in. Didn't care to help me. She stood behind the counter and didn't move. Because I had a hat on she even called me a man, when I was clearlydressed as a woman. That is how much she didn't pay attention to me.

Went in this morning for a prom dress. 2 of the sales workes were amazing. The youngest (or seemingly youngest one there ) acted as of I was a bother to her. Ruined the experience completely

My daughter and I had the most greatest experience at Deedy’s. I feel like we have made lifetime friends they were so welcoming , helpful and had so many beautiful dresses to Choose from!! Please give them a visit if ever needing a dress ❤️

The old lady worker here was very rude to me and my friends. When we arrived, there was nobody in there so we thought we could get some help but instead of helping the lady kept pushing us to the side. Once we were ready to try on dresses, she told my friend that she couldn’t try on anymore dresses because they just “wouldn’t fit her” and then proceeded to fat shame her when the dress fit perfectly fine. Overall just very rude experience and ridiculously over-priced dresses.
