Big Lots has a FRISK score of 2, according to Credit Risk Monitor. That gives it between a between 4%-and-9.99% chance of having to file for bankruptcy. The company, however, has been taking aggressive steps to fight for its survival. With the customer basis, as an entire company, in turmoil does it seem beneficial to add additional charges to your customers. Though it's not a big deal, it's not the reason we go to Big Lots, for deals not steals.And yet you all want to be petty charge for bags build that into your price if you're going to be brown bag betty petty.

Like all Big Lots. Good selection of some grocery and snack items. Also good selection of outdoor and household stuff. Clean and bright. Always friendly staff.

Chris greeted us as we walked in the door and left us to look around the furniture department, when we needed help he went out of his way to help. He even called a different store to see if they had what we were looking for, and we ended up getting three recliners. One is on backorder. I will be coming back to this Big Lots.

Chris in the furniture department is fantastic. Very friendly and knows what's happening in his area. Every employee that we saw greeted us and was friendly.

THIS Big Lots has gone over and beyond to help me find furniture pieces that ither stores were sold out of. Talked to Don on the phone on 8/23/23, and he held my piece until I could get there that evening. He even gave me a history lesson on the manufacturer. Got to the store later on, and Bryan was just as helpful. Unfortunately, the piece wouldn't fit in my SUV, but showed NO level of frustration, and told me he would hold it until I could get back with a trailer. I told him to take the hold off of one piece, because I was going to order it for shipping. The very next morning (8/24/23), it was sold out online. Called back at 9am on the dot, and guess who answered the phone and went immediately and put the hold tag back on the other piece since I can't pay by phone... Bryan. I haven't gone to pick it up yet, but I don't expect that the service will be any less, and I've been assured that the furniture manager (Chris) will take care if me when I arrive. I'll probably drive an hour to this location for all large purchases from this point forward. AWESOME WORK GUYS!

Went there to get some water that was on sale they had none they're going through a change switching over to Christmas also they raised their prices on everything like everybody else it's like it's not a closeout score anymore it's just a store my wife only one of the water so we drove to Ocean springs Big lots looking for it they were out also.
