My husband abc I were in town over the July 4th weekend. As we packed up to leave his truck had trouble starting. I looked up an AutoZone and found this location not far from the Airbnb we were at. Brad was a godsend. He was so kind and polite. He checked the battery, sold us a battery and had us back on the road in less than an hour. This is why we love Ocean Springs. The people are wonderful. Also Roger was great conversation too.

Very helpfull . Kind and considerate of my needs. I'm a s4nior women and they were so polite and helps in anyway possible. Auto zone is the place to go fir your cars need they will go out of their way to help you forfill what you are looking for for your vehicle. Thank you auto zone see you next time for sure

This place every Time I call and get a price over the phone I go to pick up the part and the price has almost doubled quote price.. I need a proper quote. so I know how much money I can bring. Don't do the bait and switch just to get me in the door... They have done this to me before...I will never give my money to autozone again even though they have good products they have poor employees.

Have come here for years, and each time I'm reminded why. Mike handled my GMC Sierra battery replacement like a true professional. Regardless if you have the pleasure of dealing with him specifically or not, I have never met a single employee that was unpleasant or unknowledgeable, or without my best interest at heart.

My Husband and I visited this store on August 29 2003 around 9:00 PM. J'quay (sp) came out and checked our battery to make sure that we needed one. We did. This young man installed it quickly, and was very helpful. Thank you J'quay, we are grateful to you, for helping us!

I want to shout out to Dontrelle for helping mom and i yesterday. Very nice young man that didnt seemed bothered by helping us, (unlike the other guy working that day.. unfortunately i did not get his name ) thank you Dontrelle, your the only reason i gave a 4 star !
