I went into the practice feeling down as I was really hurting. After a few x-rays and some expert advice, I felt more positive in that my hip was not fractured In my fall. They were very professional, concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. I will be sending everyone needing urgent care there in the future!

It was overall a pleasant experience even though I tested positive for Covid and in my mind I did not. However later that night it was perfectly clear that the test was correct. The man who brought me to the exam room was knowledgeable and made pleasant conversation since we were of similar ages than most techs. He administered the test in a way that gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. The NP was calm and professional. She explained the current strain to me and I I could expect. She also explained the available vaccine to expedite the healing process which I opted out of.
I have been here before and plan to use them again.
I made my appointment online which made the whole experience quicker and less stressful.

10/10 recommend this clinic! Nurse practitioner, Lindsey Parker, has seen our infant baby girl twice now and did more for her than the Kessler ER. We appreciate her taking the time to do further testing and evaluation. ☺️

My experience at Alpha Care was positive, I was seen with out an appointment in a timely manner. I was seen by NP Amanda Scorsone she was very professional and prescribed the correct medication for my problem I felt releaf the first day of taking my meds.

The entire staff is awesome, very friendly and informative. They take their time with you and address all questions and concerns. The wait has never been long and i love how Lindsey recommended vitamins as well as some OTC medicines and prescriptions The vitamin combination she gave me of C, D, & zinc really helped me through this last strain of covid with only one daytime cough medicine and one nighttime cough medicine & of course the OTC pain relievers for body aches didn't break the bank nor did i feel "out of it" I highly recommend Alpha Care in Ocean Springs.

Always have the best bedside manner. If you schedule an appointment, your in and out within the hour. That is with tests if needed. Ocean Springs location is my go to if I can't get in quick enough with PCM.

Love Alpha Urgent Care in Ocean Springs. Love being able to make appts online & getting right in. The staff is amazing. Love Amanda. She always gives great care & Cassanda for following up to see how I'm feeling. Would recommend them to everyone.
