I picked up my U-haul rental here and received proper help on getting it set up. The guy even asked if I wanted to come pick up the auto transport separately, which made so much sense I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of it originally. So came back the next day after the truck was stuffed full and met by two nice ladies. They were very helpful in towing the auto transport for me to connect the truck to and helped with that connection. They also pointed out a few other tips that helped make the trip more successful. As a cherry on top, this facility adopted a stray cat that is so friendly to the customers and adds the right vibe to the place. Give my regards to Pancake, the star of this location!

The new 24 Hour Storage in Ocean Springs, MS. They have many different size units available for rent: climate controlled and not. They have security doors with pinpads and a CCTV system recording all the comings and goings through all of the buildings. They were super nice and provided me with what I needed.

Fishing equipment was taken from behind my boat at this location. Apparently or possibly stolen and placed at another location on the property. Called and asked the front desk if any equipment was recovered. It was stated equipment was found on the property and placed inside. I live out of state, apparently there is a policy if things aren't picked up within a month it is donated. I thought my things were secure on their property and especially in the front office. Also, thought before donation they would be smart enough to call to the 4 boat owners that have boats stored to research who's equipment it could possibly be if they weren't sure.
Thinking about moving my things. I'm guessing there are thieves on site. Especially, If my things were taken and placed somewhere else. Customer service was not helpful and could have cared less about my property. They were very excited to tell me that they donated my property. Also asked for the owners info to let him know hundreds of dollars of equipment was stolen just to be told they couldn't give out that information. I think they realized a mistake was made and didn't want to own up to it. It's very easy to investigate a matter unless you just don't care about other people's things. It's very easy to say "we messed up". I would have accepted it and wrote a 5 star review. Now I'm worried if other things are secure on this property. Next my boat might be stolen only to be told its my problem.

Comparing to my last rental this was an A+. Truck was immaculately clean. I am overjoyed with this UHAUL location and will definitely do business here again!

We used this location for a quick U-Haul rental, they were the only place that picked up the phone out of the 3 locations nearby for U-Haul. It was a great experience, the staff were super friendly and the process was quick and painless. I definitely recommend them for U-Haul rentals.

I must say I've used a lot of storage buildings and this place is probably the best one I've ever had the joy of using. Management will help you in any way possible. the price is fair
and you can bet your stuff is safe and if you have any problems they will run the cameras to find out what may have happened and they don't try and scam you out of paying insurance every month knowing you'll never need to use it

This facility, much like the one located at Woodmen/I-25 in Colo. Spgs., CO, is the best of America. The employees are hard workers who seem to have maintained their civic sensibilities. Kudos to corporate HR. Melissa is beyond phenomenal. She's a keeper! Have interacted MANY times and she has a consistency that is impossible to purchase. Gary and the rest of the staff, all ladies, are the essence of hospitality. Great store! Have and will continue to highly recommend!
