Do not ever go to this Walmart! They hardly ever have what you need. I've always wondered how a Walmart so close to the DC never has anything on the shelves! And with all this new online ordering and delivery it has gotten worse. Every time we go we ask ourselves, "Why did we come here?" Don't waste your time. They probably don't have it. If you ever want something specific go to the neighborhood market in Tupelo. They have all the grocery needs you want. They have always had what we went for!

I used the Walmart app to initiate a return on an item. The worker at the customer service desk barely looked at me during the transaction. I understand that working with the public is not always fun, so I always go out of my way to be pleasant and polite. Once she scanned the barcode for my return, she was unable to print the label due to some sort of mechanical problem. She gave me a slip and told me I would have to print the shipping table myself and take ot to FedEx. I told her that I had no way to print the label which is why I opted for an in store return. She told me to "just go to the library." It turns out that she could have canceled the initiated return so that I could go to FedEx and have the label printed for free. I get that customers can be aggrevating, but you could have at least tried to help make the problems with the store's equipment less inconvenient to me.

I always shop at walmart in New Albany, Mississippi.. I really like this place and when Liz is working she is always so helpfull when I need to find something and always very nice...very clean store as well..
