Would not listen problem started after they replaced high pressure P/S line. Pulsating brakes, cavitation pump, and violent shaking in steering wheel when brakes hit hard. Insisted it was mechanical components and after weeks trying to get in before a long trip was told bring in in morning then when there since issue is intermittent said bring back in 2 weeks.Been happy with the for 16 years but will never use again!!!!!

Only there briefly, but was struck by their honestly. They quoted a cost estimate and time needed. Even though we both knew it would result in a loss of business. I appreciate such honesty and should the needs arise a future business opportunity. My thanks to them

Ok so... I have a 2010 dodge journey and let me tell u what. I found out that if my timing belt went, it would mess up my engine. So I parked it and started looking for a mechanic that could handle this bad girl of mine. I found R&P Auto in New Albany, THANK GOD! They provided quick, friendly, and satisfying service for a great price! They replaced the water pump and timing belt, going back for them to do the ABS module. Definitely going to use them for upcoming auto service and have even recommended them to others. Thank yall so much! If yall looking for a mechanic in this area, check them out!

Nothing but respect and appreciation for Randy and his team. We were recently driving through New Albany on our way home to FL when we lost a CV axle on our RAM Promaster camper.Randy understood our situation and was kind enough to assist us quickly. I have nothing but praise for Randy and his crew at RP. I was in town working for the week and my vehicle wouldn't shift into gear. I called two other garages and they told me that they would not even be able to look at it until next week. Called Randy and he knew immediately what the problem was and could work me in right away because it was a simple fix...45 minutes and just $71 later I was back on the road.

Best mechanics I have used in New Albany. Foreign cars especially. Always one visit for me. I don't have to take anything back to be repaired "again" which means a lot to me.
