Pharmacist and pharmacy owner, Lauren was exceedingly unhelpful when I kindly asked her about a mistake that had been made for the second time. She was unable to speak with me about the problem without being spiteful and rude. There are pharmacists in the area that are capable and kind, so I’ll be giving them my business in the future. I would not recommend this pharmacy to take care of yours or your family’s needs.

Absolutely miserable & ridiculous. Never had my meds in stock when I need them…FOR A YEAR! It’s a great place if you want to develop crippling suicidal depression.

Absolutely the best pharmacy around. The staff is so sweet and very helpful. When I was stuck at work they offered to deliver my sons medicine to my work at NO extra charge!! And I’ve never waited long at all for anything I’ve ever needed. I highly recommend New Albany Pharmacy and Solutions!!

We switched to them a couple of days ago and they are very nice and helpful, and my husband went there to pick up my medicine and they were very fast and very helpful and have great personalities. Love it and will be using them for now on. Give them 5 stars!

So neat and clean and great service!!! I am so glad I swapped to NA P&S! I was tired of having issues everytime I went to the pharmacy and also they have flavoring, that will be so helpful for my little one and any meds he may need in the future!
