i’m giving two stars because of the veterinarians, they’re always so kind and informative but we will not be going here again. i hate to be this way, but someone in the front knowingly swapped our cats flea medicine for flea medicine for dogs and claimed it was the exact same thing, just cheaper (it wasn’t) and they were actually just out of the regular kitten flea medication at the time. around this same time, it made them both start throwing up blood, drooling, and just act completely different for weeks. after a visit and $100 later, we just ended up getting sent home with no answers and anti nausea medication. eventually it stopped, but the last time we went to pick up our flea meds they realized they had been giving it to us for the past month or so. this is not the first time we have received such careless behavior from the folks at the front, but that was definitely our last try ? when we got our other cat fixed, they sent her home with no cone, no medication, and no after care information at all on how to care for her fresh surgery wound and then when we called multiple times with questions, they acted like they were too busy to answer them or that we were bothering them.

I live in Tupelo and called 12 different places trying to find emergency care before reaching out to New Albany. They are amazing. They helped me right away when no one else would. We were not clients previously and any dog owner knows how hard it is to find non existent emergency services. 10 out of 10

I am giving 4 stars because of Dr Campbell. She was very nice and attentive to our dog. And went over everything with me and explained everything. However the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She act like I was bothering her when I called to ask questions or for updates. Very unprofessional. I work with the public and I know it's not easy but a little friendliness goes a long way.

This is a wonderful place. They let me put up a flyer about a kitten that I was trying to find a home for and the staff are very friendly. The place is very warm and comfortable.

A great place to take your pets. Set up an appointment came in early, and walked right into a room. Very quick. Everyone is so kind and seem to have great knowledge of what their doing. Gave my pups some shots free of charge. I recommend this place to anyone!

We tried other vets that don't answer there phone, hard to get on sat and Sunday, and rude. But Thus vet is always answered the phone on Saturday and even Sunday and met us at the vet and always quick. Never will we go to another vet. New Albany Animal Clinic are the best!

I was a little nervous when I first took my new puppy because I had heard good and bad things about this clinic I just want to tell you that this was one the best decisions I have ever made! The front staff is friendly and goes out of there way to help us in any way they can. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the veterinarians and the excellent care my Gunner receives. We even had two emergency visits with one being on Thanksgiving. We were met within 20 minutes of my phone call without any problems. So, if you are looking for a place who will love and give your pet excellent care, look no further. You have found it at New Albany Animal Clinic. I know I have. Thank you from Gunner and myself for your care, concern, and easing of my fears. You are the best!!

We are traveling cross country and needed to get more of our dog's prescription food, so we stopped in here as it was freeway close. Their staff were all super friendly and helpful. If I lived in this area, I would take all my animals here. Why, you might ask? Because the dogs that were we're waiting for them to open from lunch came into the lobby smiling and wagging their tails from when they were on the porch and while waiting momentarily in the lobby to be taken into a room. The fact that dogs who have been treated here previously (I asked the owners) were happy to be visiting their vet says all I need to know about the care they receive.
