    Very helpful management when you are buying parts. When you have to return parts management is rude non-helpful lying S.O.B. And said the gift card was taken off the counter. Basically calling me a thief.NAPA auto parts will never get my business again.1 new Albany store gave the whole franchise a bad reputation.
